The staff is best! Robin (she is so accommodating, professional and friendly!), Leah and Roger are extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is unique and calming. The vibe is everything you would expect in Malibu. The rooms are so simply and tastefully decorated, ultra-clean and have everything you need. The housekeeping staff are excellent and do an outstanding job. We will be back again!

My husband and I booked a last minute getaway from the Bay Area and we couldn't have been happier with our landing at Hotel June Malibu. First of all, if you're going to Malibu and you want a more laid back pace/experience and natural beauty, you want to be in Pt. Dume. The beaches/location are spectacular! A lot of reviewers complain about the hotel being on the PCH, but EVERYTHING in Malibu is on the PCH. Even the multimilliion dollar homes. It's just part of the experience and the double paned windows in the rooms really do a great job muffling the noise. Honestly, it didn't bother us at all. The pool was a perfect spot for getting some work done and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I took pictures of the landscaping to inspire my garden at home. We had a blast.

Cute hotel. Great staff. Convenient location to Zuma beach. Was there for the Malibu Triathlon and could easily bike to the race. A little too much light in the room at night, temp control was not consistent at night, my head would sink right through the pillow to the bed (not very firm pillows). I would stay there again if I come back for the Triathlon in the future.

Would definitely recommend! The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure is amazing and the staff is so lovely. Great for a solo or friend's getaway. The pool is an added bonus :)!

Booked this hotel last minute through the Chase travel portal and was so pleasantly surprised! The staff were all incredibly nice - Robin at the front desk even offered to heat the pool a bit more for us. Our room was clean and all rooms have a small patio overlooking PCH with a hammock too! It was gloomy during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but Robin let us know there were bikes, boogie boards, and other items available to use throughout the day if you choose! Would definitely stay here again, such a great property!

The additional fees this hotel charges are robbery. Advertised room rate of $565 was so far from the total amount of $730 we ended up paying for our single night stay. $25 self parking fee to "cover their security cost" and then an additional $25 Guest Amenity Fee for a couple of waters on arrival is disgraceful.

We loved it SO MUCH! Def going back. We recommend the hotel to friends and family. We live in NYC so its a nice escape and getaway from city life and city living - wish they had a few food options and healthy snacks ... while lounging by the pool but we had so much fun and the weather was SO Nice!

Staff was well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable. Pool and dining areas were clean and beautiful. We booked a birthday trip for 2 nights but Hurricane Hilary shortened it to one night. Staff was empowered to be able to refund us the lost night and to keep us informed about the hurricane status in the area.

We have a 15 yr old and 11 yr old twins and this hotel really was very nice for a family. We wanted to stay somewhere with a total Malibu vibe and this was it. Great little pool, and v close to beach. We opted for a deluxe bungalow and with a rollaway bed , we all fitted in nicely. Probably a bit snug for more than 2 or 3 nights but all good for us. The hotel went out of their way to locate body boards for my kids and any question we had about the local area, was quickly answered. The beds are super comfy and there was lashings of hot water, towels and drinking water (the 3 most important things). I can see in other reviews that customers have documented the road noise. Every hotel in Malibu is pretty much on the PCH, if u want total silence, you need to stay somewhere else. The road is fairly quiet between 11pm and 6am so did not bother us at all. We are at The Sunset on the first night (really close by) and Moonshadows the 2nd night (about 15 mins drive) and had our beach day at Paradise Cove (perfect for a famiy and so much fun).
