It was a dream! Really enjoyed our stay here. It was an impromptu trip to LA so really appreciated Jessie’s advice at check-in to visit Griffith Observatory. While I hadn’t planned on Griffith, that along with the Getty Center were the highlights of our trip! Thanks also to Shelly the Guest Manager for her help in making our stay extra special. And props to Daniel at the front desk too. The room was especially comfortable with nice views of the Hills. And the restaurant food and service were top notch.

I stayed here for my birthday and I was not disappointed. The hotel is gorgeous and the room was beautiful. The room was clean and the view was amazing. It’s right next door to TAO restaurant which is where I had my bday dinner. The bathroom was also gorgeous with white marble and Karl Lagerfeld Bath amenities!

From the moment you enter the Dream hotel in Hollywood you know you've arrived. Beautiful lobby and wine bar first things you see. The entire staff is second to none, very friendly and ready to help make your stay the best it could possibly be. A special thanks to Cesar who made sure my stay was a fantastic one.

First to start... check in time is 3, we got there at 3:15 and our room still wasn't ready, the guy checking us in had no care whatsoever and was incredibly rude, didn't catch his name. We waited in the lobby until 4 before one of the managers, Ethan, offered us a temporary room to get ready in so we could get to universal because we had day night combo passes for horror nights and were losing time on being able to use them. Give Ethan a raise because he's the only helpful person we encountered. He told us we could leave our stuff in the room and they would move it for us when our room was ready. We were at universal and I got a text at 6 pm that our room was finally ready! That's just crazy to me... 3 hours past check-in time is completely unacceptable for the price you pay to stay at this hotel. We asked if we could at least get late checkout for being checked in so late and we were told no, you guys should've offered some kind of refund or free valet or something at that point because you pay for that time to have the room and we weren't able to use it. After universal we get back to our room around 12:30 am and realize a box of brand new bubly waters we brought didn't make it to the room. I called the front desk to figure out where they went and they said they would check the old room but I never heard anything back so I'm assuming the staff took it upon themselves to help themselves to it. Then for sleeping... My husbands side of the bed frame was busted and it was like he was sleeping in a sinkhole. We also requested a quiet room but it was anything but quiet, we could hear the music from the hotel roof/nightclub until past 2 am, not relaxing at all. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and that was noted in the reservation and there was nothing special in the room either. Overall a pretty piss poor stay and I wouldn't stay again.

Just had an excellent stay here. For Globalists, breakfast is included at the rooftop restaurant. I asked if there was an amount, but was told that basically there isn't one, and that I just had to sign to the room and they will take care of it...Only ordered 2 items, so I didn't really test what the limit was.. lol Was upgraded to their Guest House, which is their top suite...Beautiful room and well maintained.. Bed was comfortable, and everything was well appointed.. I would say the only downside is the noise and music coming from the rooftop bar/lounge until 2am. It was the weekend I guess and the room was right below, but the windows could have been a bit more soundproofed..... Other that than, their guest experience manager Shelly was fantastic, and constantly checked in on me to see if they can do anything more to improve my stay..

Exceptional, clean, beautiful and Beyond all… the service is nonstop 24/7 A class. We always stay here due to its close proximity to Hollywood Burger the best burger in LA although the Highlight rooms breakfast is very good as well.

I chose this hotel because I wanted somewhere to stay for a date night/staycation with my wife for the Maxwell concert we attended. Before staying at the hotel, I sent an email to the reservations team help me make the stay special for my wife. My stay was on Saturday, and I decided to stop by on Tuesday to get a tour of the hotel and familiarize myself with the rooms and to ensure that the staff knew what I wanted do to make the stay a special occasion. I was greeted by Ethan and the tour was provided by Bailyn. They both set the tone and gave me confidence that I had picked the right hotel to stay at after my concert that was happening later in the week. Bailyn was attentive and her attention to detail and interest in ensuring that I made my wife's stay memorable was appreciated. She showed me the different room options, the gym, and the additional amenities that would be available to me upon our stay. Long story short - she sent an email and asked me to confirm what I wanted to have for the stay to make it special. I appreciate that because it was right after I left the tour on Tuesday. Upon check-in we were greeted by Shelly and Bailyn. They both continued the service that I initially experienced when I visited earlier in the week. They were both charismatic and welcomed me as a Globalist. We stayed in a King Studio Platinum room, and we both enjoyed the comfort, layout, and size of the room. My wife didn't know that I had arranged for them to have white chocolate covered strawberries, a note, and wine waiting for us in the room. It was a great surprise for her, and I thank Bailyn and team for ensuring our stay was a dream and not a nightmare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the going to The Highlight Room rooftop lounge and for lunch and breakfast. Prior to going to the concert (which the hotel provided transportation to) we picked up food from Tao, and after the concert we went back to the Highlight Room to enjoy to rooftop Hollywood night. We would definitely return to this hotel and I am already considering another staycation when we go to another show in Hollywood. Once again thanks to Bailyn, Shelly, Ethan, Brandon, and Benjamin for helping make our stay special from check-in to check-out.

I had a great time at this hotel! The hotel was brilliant, trendy and fun. When I walked in I was met but a very charismatic receptionist which set the bar very high for this hotel. I stayed twice with a 3 day break in-between the first night I was in a standard room which was clean, cool and nice. The second time I was in a top suite. This suite was brilliant, a corner room with a fantastic view and a fun record player. When at reception one day I met a manager called Shellymar who was fantastic and an amazing asset to this hotel. Shellymar told me about a rooftop party above the hotel. It’s a must visit if you enjoy the club scene. Overall a fabulous time at a very fun hotel
