Their wrap around penthouse suit is the best suit I’ve ever seen in LA. It’s on the rooftop and it’s all open. AMAZING! The staff is all very welcoming as well. Treat the hotel with respect and they treat you like GOLD. Love love love! 2nd time staying in this penthouse and won’t be my last! Thank youuu! ❤️❤️

My boyfriend and I came down to LA from the Bay Area for a small getaway. I researched hotels that were close enough to all the things we wanted to see from Hollywood to Beverly Hills. I found Dream Hollywood and started looking at reviews, photos, and social media. I found it was a pretty popular spot with a night life (even during the Covid-19 partial shut downs). I decided to book directly from their website and made the reservation for a king room with oversized windows and a view. I even called their reservation hotline after reserving to make sure it was the room I wanted. we drove down early in the morning on a Saturday and made it around 10:30 am. We decided to see if we could check in early and they were able to accommodate us and even said they upgraded our room to a higher floor at no charge. Once we arrived to room 718 we were actually pretty disappointed. The room did not have oversized windows, the bathroom was not as depicted in the photos, the room was really small, and just a few other minor items like the fire alarm being possibly broken? Overall, the staff was nice. The bellman who helped us collect our bags at check out was great. Also, the other young gentleman who was working valet that Saturday night was really helpful and friendly as well. Besides the room not being what we expected, it’s a great location in Hollywood with plenty of bars and restaurants around. We were lucky to be accommodated for brunch at the Highlight Room with no reservation on Saturday morning as well so that was great.

Very disappointed as this hotel has great reviews and beautiful pictures. However, when I arrived the room was not cleaned, the carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty, I had 1 towel in the bathroom, no iron, poorly maintained room (I payed almost $500/night). I called for extra towels and iron and the housekeeper said she "could only find 1 more towel." She also came inside the room to check if I was lying about the iron because she said "I am sure there is one in the room." I called for room service for 1 cup of coffee and they said that they couldn't do it. Also, good luck trying to reach the front desk as they never answer the phone. I asked for simple directions around the hotel and the front desk had no clue about the area around the hotel. Very disorganized and very unprofessional staff. I have travelled around the world and I am usually very easy going, but this hotel really made my stay very difficult and unpleasant specially after paying high quality service fee per night.

Worst experience ever. I stayed one night for my birthday the night crew was so disrespectful And rude when i asked to talk to manager he refused. I look at my statement today and i got charged $183.60 & $150.00.:... when I called the manager said it was a mistake. How does that happen? Who trained your FD? They tried to forcefully remove my girl from the room, because there were 3 names on the reservation at 3:30am. Dont get me started on this little sorry excuse for a balcony that i really gross. The room we got had 0 lighting, made it impossible to do our make up... If i could give them 0 stars i would. Guess ill just stick to Dream Midtown....

Dear 1acs, We're truly apologetic for the experience you had with us. We will be reviewing your points of feedback with the appropriate departments. Dear future guests, In order to protect your health and safety, only registered guests listed on current reservations will be allowed entry into the hotel at this time. Registered guests are strictly limited to the capacity limit for each room type, which would be 2 people for king rooms and 4 people for double rooms.
