I informed the valet that I needed to check in and asked if I can leave my car in valet spot a while and they said yes. When I entered the hotel, it had a very beautiful layout; it felt very elegant. Upon checking in, the staff members of the front desk were very accommodating in answering my questions. They had informed me that due to me being a hospital staff member, no house keeping will be going into my room for their safety purposes and if I had any problems or need anything, I can call the front desk. My room was exceptionally clean. The room had a hidden mini fridge, keruig machine, safe box in the vanity. The bathroom was beautiful! with cute mini soap/ shampoo and conditioners. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends or even family members out of state so they can experience the whole DTLA area. Our room had a view of the Crypto.com Arena, which was coincidentally where we were going. We were able to walk there easily. The only parking option is valet, but they do provide in and out access. I tried calling them from the room once but they didn't answer the phone. When we went down there, the girl was standing at the booth. We asked for our vehicle and she started the process; would have been better if she had answered the phone and started the process 5 minutes earlier. The room itself was fine. What we found strange, though, were the noises. We were in the room around 7pm and heard what we thought might have been vacuuming in the room above us... A humming sound. It seemed to come and go but was a bit annoying. The following morning while I was taking a shower (around 8am), I heard a drill going into the wall. We looked out into the hallway and someone was either installing or repairing a fire extinguisher on the wall. Room decor great, bed very comfortable and service also very good. But, despite a large well appointed bathroom, the water pressure on the 11 floor was hopeless. Finally got a shower with a proper screen- no stupid curtain - & there’s minimal water pressure! A small stool or similar to put your feet on to dry would also be appreciated. And another towel hook!

I will start off by saying I had a very unpleasant interaction with a hostess by the name of Brenda (I believe) she was very rude when I tried asking her questions about the menu. However my husband and I totally LOVED having Nancy as our server. Nancy answered all of our questions and even gave us some food suggestions to try and recommended the perfect drinks. She was sweet, attentive and overall a great server. We will definitely be back again and will be requesting her. Also the manager Nadane overheard that it was my husband’s birthday and she made sure to get us a complimentary dessert, she was just as nice and attentive. Overall great experience aside from the hostess, would still recommend to friends and family.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The facilities are good but nothing special. They asked to keep my card on file at check in and it was falsely charged 3 times during my stay, amounting to a total of $700. Two of the costs didn’t go through because of insufficient funds but one for $115 did. I called them numerous times and emailed them my accounts showing the false transactions. I requested receipts and invoices for the costs but they couldn't produce any. I still have no idea what they were for. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant in the hotel and we didn’t have any room service. In short, we didn’t use any of the facilities that would demand a charge. I’ve cut my losses because it’s impossible communicating with them.

Great hotel. Large modern rooms with beautiful bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Close to restaurants, grocery store, mall and metro subway station. Only negative is the resort fees per night which you find out at check out and the gym could be better.

The kitchen served non plant based meat and insisted it was plant based as if we can’t tell the difference. Here is the thing, if you are plant based, you know the difference. They even showed their impossible meat package- instead of immediately agree to replace. The server was nice & offered it but it was clear the kitchen was sticking to their lue. Now, I am not vindictive and could have taken the meat for Analysis & put them in real trouble. I hope this review gives them a serious heads up.

Jocelyn provided excellent customer service. She went above to make sure my daughter and I had everything we needed to get to our room. When we came back down the to go out for dinner she again went beyond what we expected she even put the wheel chair in the van for us. Jocelyn was very friendly and customer friendly.
