Please don't go here. This was a nightmare. Very unprofessional from the front desk to the manager. The room was gross, smelly, the door wouldn't open. Everything looked disgusting. Total scam! Not what you see in the photos. I am sure most of the people I encountered were using these room for illegal activities. DO NOT BOOK IT! I felt unsafe the entire time! I cannot imagine someone trying to go with kids or a tourist trying to have a good time... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK THIS if you want to feel safe and stay at a clean spot.

The front desk are friendly and the rooms are huge !!! The parking is free and the location is perfect and it's 1/2 the price of similar hotels. It's not fancy but everything works and it's clean !!! The rooms have a view. The fact that parking is free is unbelievable

The most horrifying hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. I spiraled the second I saw it and we ‘checked in’ anyway because we were headed to the Hollywood bowl to see a show. We returned to this hellhole afterwards and within a few minutes a terrifying bang came from the next room. We then heard some violence and something about ‘getting knocked up’. We fled. Drove 3 hours to get far far away from that wretched place. Honestly should be burnt down. One of my 20 something year old daughters booked this for her sister and I ended up going along last minute. I am sickened that TripAdvisor would even have this horrible place on their site. Yes there were bugs. And the strangest thing is that there was an ironing board and iron in the room! No person with the self respect required to iron a garment would ever stay at this place. I think the irons are for when the pimps want to hurt their prostitutes by burning them. I have no other idea what an iron would be used for in this hellhole.

my friend and i were traveling on a budget and decided to book a room at this "hotel". never again. first of all, their website link through google leads you to an online pharmacy website for viagra... there seems to be no sort of upper management that runs this place. there was no room service, so we were stuck using the same towels and linens for our entire week long stay. there are no locked safes inside the hotel rooms so you cannot lock any valuables that you may have with you and trust me, you'd want to lock them up! the screen door from our room out to our balcony was torn so we couldn't even keep that open to enjoy the nice fresh air. we found dog food on our floor as soon as we stepped into our hotel room. there was a Uhaul truck in the parking lot the entire time we were staying at the hotel as if someone was living there. i understand you gotta do what you gotta do, but if you're looking for a beautiful, dreamy, LA experience you will not find it at this hotel. you're better off spending a couple extra bucks and staying elsewhere.

I booked a week stay online and arrived 30 minutes later. The front desk clerk tried to charge me again and thanks to a fraud alert from my bank the second charge didn’t go through. Once I received my room key I went to my room and noticed a meth/crack pipe and broken glass in front of my door and I immediately let the front desk know and she just shrugged her shoulders. Once in the room I was disgusted by the filth: (pics attached to support everything said) drug residue on the glass top desk, stained curtains, bugs, feces on the floor, dirty qtips on the floor, toilet with urine filled bowl, ripped box springs. I turned around and immediately brought my key card back to the front desk and notified them that I wouldn’t be staying. They refuse to refund the $700 I prepaid for the room. This place should be shut down.

Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the get go homeless people plagued the entrance even though it’s in a little top of the hill. I checked in at 6pm and the room was still not ready as they were cleaning the room. Spent about 40 min waiting. Upon getting my room I noticed that the moldings from the room to the bathroom was broken with little debris all over the place. Upon entering the bathroom I noticed the edge had mold and not just a bit but a lot. To top it all off there was no privacy as our curtains did not close fully leaving us to be seen from the outside in(there were a couple of suspicious people on skateboards making noise around the hotel smoking). Went to the lobby to ask for another room and could not accommodate. Did not stay to obvious health and safety concerns and had to book another hotel. To make matters worse they will not refund for this request. Complete joke of a place.

I was hesitant when I seen this place In LA on staying there because of what I read But I took a chance and stayed 2 Nights and was so glad that I took the chance !! I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room was clean and did have a great bed and everything worked like it was suppose to . The Staff was very friendly from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out. It is not a five star hotel but it is one of the best deals in LA. I would definitely stay again.

We had a three-night stay at this hotel. When we went to sleep in the second night, we discovered a bed bug calmly walking between our pillows. We then called the reception, which immediately gave us another room. Unfortunately, however, when we woke up the next morning, my partner was full of bed bug bites, which, after some days, turned into ugly infections. Even more, our request for a refund was denied, which left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. Never again.

This was hands down one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed in. The “hotel” had some of the shadiest people I have ever seen going in and out of there. This place was clearly a place where people lived on a monthly basis. The room my family was put in had the nastiest carpet and nothing had been wiped down prior to our arrival. The bathtub had what appeared to be blood at the bottom of it and the curtains had stains going up to the ceiling. It was way over priced for what it was. I felt extremely unsafe here and my family and I found ourselves staying out as long as possible just so we didn’t have to be in that room. I would not recommend this place to anyone who isn’t a crack head. Ive stayed in motels cleaner than this place.
