Hotel's Favorite
We always stay here after our flight from the UK, as I'm usually too tired to drive. I've always found the rooms excellent, the staff very accommodating, the food choice excellent. When we next visit, we will always stay here before our onward journey. All in all exactly what it should be, clean, polite staff and overnight stay.

Overall, the hotel is nice. It’s a large hotel, and if it weren’t for the mobile key they provided check in would have been annoyingly long. Because of our Hilton Gold status we were automatically “upgraded” to a runway view room which I would never have opted for, being worried about the noise but it was actually well soundproofed so aside from mild rumbling we didn’t hear much so that wasn’t really a problem and there didn’t seem to be much that I could do about it as I skipped the front desk on check in and when the app let me choose a room I only saw runway view rooms. I suspect that most people didn’t choose to view the runway for fear of noise. The room other than bathroom was nice for a two double bedded room. There was plenty of drawer space and closet space which we didn’t use as we were staying for one night for a flight the next day. The size of the room was adequate. I bring a multiple outlet extension cord with me when I travel and it came in handy because there were not adequate outlets by the beds. We didn’t use the pool. The weak point (very weak) was the bathroom. I’ve seen lots of complaints about these so I’m assuming that it’s throughout the hotel. It’s as if the entire hotel was updated except the bathrooms which are reminiscent of a 1960’s era motel bathroom. They were clean, but so dilapidated that if you looked quickly you’d think that they weren’t. The walls were stained. The tub floor was a partially rubbed off anti slip grip that looked like it hadn’t been updated in 50 years. One of the dispensers (conditioner) was ripped off the wall (deliberately or accidentally I don’t know) and instead there were little bottles of conditioner left for us. The shower itself, while not inviting functioned well with great water pressure and the tub drained adequately. I cannot emphasize enough how much the bathroom aesthetics distracted from the overall sense of quality of the room. The towels were also rather flimsy and more what I’d expect from one of Hilton’s cheaper brands. The restaurants were decent. Andiamo was an average Italian restaurant conveniently located in the lobby. The food was not great but it wasn’t bad either. The Cafe served a nice breakfast and if you wanted something faster or cheaper you could go to the Bistro though both of my daughters complained about the taste of their Starbucks Coffee so that should be noted.

Great to get problems fixed when arrises set us up with great accomodations .flight was cancelled they went over beyond delta.hhotel was amazing good voucher n hotelwas over exceptional .loved it had shuttles was great pick up at airport n took back to sirport next day

Hotel was in such poor condition and did not meet Hilton standards. By far the worst property I have ever stayed at including 2 star hotels. The room reminded me of a run down Motel 6. Looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. I would expect more paying $250/night. Lobby was the only nice area of the hotel.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again. A special shout out to Nairoze on front desk who demonstrated outstanding customer service.

Picked this location last minute for the concert, and that it had EV charging available (Main reason). First things first. Valet is 50$, for EV charging its an extra 20$. -- I had to remind them 3x to charge my car. I explained I need to leave by 7am. I checked EV at 8pm, and again back from concert at 2am. Still not charged, thankfully they did it at like 4am. Next like others have said the Lobby is super fancy looking, the room, Motel 6. Didnt look/smell clean. A/C was broken. Was close to concert time, but had maintenance come check on it right before the shuttle (another nightmare but not the hotel fault), and they validated it was a clogged coil and nothing they can do. They sent a second maintenance man who stated the same. No change in room, when got back from concert they had put a fan which helped a very little. But the family was too tired to try and change it out a 2:30am

All around lousy hotel, avoid! Hallway in front of my room had water pouring from the ceiling into a trash can filled with electric wires. Escalator was busted. Got stuck in the elevator going to the $50 a night parking structure. Paid $12 for a breakfast sandwich that was inedible. The management of this hotel seemingly doesn’t care and has given up on any efforts to make this a reasonably decent option for hotel accommodations in the area.
