Our family had a great stay. Good location to explore Hollywood and Griffith Park. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.Big momma suite was like a family camp out indoors. Rooftop dining was top notch.

The good. Excellent location, nice rooftop, clean and decent size rooms (Mama Standard) The bad (or at least the things I did not like about the hotel). It has to be THE SERVICE...people here make their best effort on being the hippest of the hippest instead of focusing on the guests (probably a Hollywood thing/vibe). Also, I was constantly asked for my keycard or if I was a guest. I know they wont remember the face of each and everyone of us, but being asked for my key over and over made me feel  veeeery uncomfortable. To make things worse I went over to the rooftop for some drinks but the hip guy there told me that I could not get a table if I was not ordering food. Come on guys! , the tab (and your tip) would have been better I you could just let me drink! There were a bunch of empty tables!!! Soooooo unless you are spitted out from a Coachella Festival I do not recommend this hotel. Wont be staying here never again, trying out the Dream Hotel which is one block away and looks nicer.

I’m not sure where to start, I’ve stayed at a few hotels during Covid due to work and I lean towards boutique hotels instead of chains. I understand that there are protocols and I’m happy to stay in line with them. This, however, is not a case of Covid but rather pretentious staffing and lack of ability to be kind. I couldn’t understand how any one person could be less hospitable let alone several individuals. $200 a night isn’t expensive but I don’t think that it warrants a feeling of inconveniencing someone for a cup of coffee or just trying to get to my room. God forbid, I try to get to my room and without annoy the people at the door even after I told them I was staying there. Unless you don’t mind, sleeping here is not without the night club vibe and noise along with the lack of amenities. Other mama shelters have been great but I don’t recommend this one. I

I love this hotel, staff were very friendly from the very start and could not help you enough. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was good size. The only snag I would say about the room there were wardrobes to hang your clothes properly or draws for belongings. We ate in the restaurant several times. The food was delicious, specially the breakfast we kept choosing. The bar staff were great and really friendly. The roof top bar is great only can be used in good weather. We had the luck one of the days was very sunny. The other days were rainy so it was not opened. I would stay and recommend this hotel . You are so close to the center everything is walking distance. All I can say is thanks guys to all the staff you made our stay very comfortable.
