This hotel was amazing, it’s central location in down town is very convenient, the views of the city skyline was breath taking and the entire staff was super friendly especially Emmi who went above and beyond to help us truly feel at home during our stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Booked an apartment for my parents and I travelling from Australia. The price was different (more expensive) to what we were quoted at booking when we arrived, be aware they email ‘average nightly cost’ and from Sunday to Monday night it doubled in price!! The front desk was very unhelpful too and did not explain extra charges at all. Room smelled like smoke even though smoking is apparently banned and it was an average space for the price. We asked the hotel reception to book a taxi to go to airport after checkout, and the front reception ordered a private car which was 3x the taxi price quoted which we refused - it appeared the front desk was taking their own cut, it was extremely unhelpful and we had to get a last minute Uber to make our flight. Positively, the guys outside at valet were extremely helpful and frustrated themselves with the taxi situation.

My family came to visit from Colorado and I was looking for a place for them to stay, my best friend get me this place for 3 weeks and is so beautiful, huge rooms, friendly staff, my family loved it and I could stay in the sofa bed for a few nights too. This hotel made my family stay as never before simply amazing, relaxing and gave us great memories that last forever.

am speechless, disappointed, dissatisfied, violated and so angry that we picked this place to stay in LA. We were evicted out of our 1,200 sq. Ft room for having a few people over to hang out after an event, no music, no rowdiness and only 4 out of the 8 people in our room were occupants. Security banged on our door, 2 men with not even masks, but bandana like coverings for their mouths. Felt like we were about to get robbed. They asked me how many people were in my room and I told them we had a few people over but assured them they were not staying the night. They said no more than 4 "at any given time" can be in the room. We didn't know it meant visitors that came up to our room who were also staying at the hotel in different rooms would count as exceeding "guests" - meaning people apart from the 4 of us actually sleeping in the room couldn't be there to hang out. They asked to do a search of the room and I didn't even think twice because we didn't want any trouble. I didn't know that it was okay for security to go inside your room and look who was in your room. Does anyone know if this is a common practice and if this is something they can do? The security guards were also scary, one with a knife in his pocket. I didn't know what to say, I was in complete shock. We even said okay we will kick them out and tell them to go back to their rooms but they said you have 20 min to clear out room you are evicted. We were unable to get accommodations elsewhere.

Bedroom suite was large and roomy. We enjoyed our view of downtown LA from our generous balcony. Stackable washer and dryer in the suite. Double closet space. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby to explore. Fashion district is nearby. High end everything here. Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the near future!!

This was my 4-5th time at Level and I really love it. To have a full apartment instead of a hotel room allows me to cook and wash clothes throughout my time there which suits me better. There is space to relax on the terrace or the living area as well as a desk to work. The pool and gym are a big plus for me too, I train a lot and need facilities when away. The BBQ and fire pit area is great for having friends over to chill out. There is an open air cinema from time to time and yoga on the lawn every morning. Level makes a work trip away really easy but it's also great for a holiday, especially with family. The staff are absolutely fantastic!!

Levels has a nice set up and seems like it would be a nice building, however there are some concerning issues. The water coming out of my kitchen sink and bath tub was brown and took 10 minutes of running for it to come clear. And then it was still not something I was comfortable drinking. Some of the furnishing was very clearly beat up by other guests. Location was great and amenities were nice. But they overcharged me by $300.

We stayed 3 nights in January and found Level very comfortable, very clean, and an excellent choice for families visiting LA. We had to contact the front desk for several different things during our stay... needing a crib, broken coffee machine, oven beeping, missing frypan and knives, maintenance on creaking door and bed... each time we received polite & efficient resolution of the issue extremely quickly. The location is superb, 15 minutes walk to staples, many restaurants/shops close by, and ample parking, as well as great pool & sports facilities made for a brilliant stay - overall we highly recommend.

The front desk staff were rude and not friendly at all. Our room was missing a coffee machine, we asked for one several times within our two days stay but we never got it. The location is good and the room is spacious but I will not go back as I didn’t feel welcomed
