Three adults recently stayed here for 3 nights. We had a first floor room with two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the pool. The Hotel is the original 1950's hotel which they have attempted to retain the character of so it isn't modern inside...More

We stayed here on our first night stay in LA and air con was very noisy all night. We were on the ground floor with a pool view and so we had a sliding door to the entry of the pool and the rest of...More

Sorry that a noisy A/C unit distracted from your enjoyment of your room. The hotel has a 24 hour desk staff and maintenance is on duty for 18 hours each day...a call to the front desk is always advised when there is a room feature...More
Good quality for a typical airport hotel. Boarding pass printer out of order, staff very helpfull to arrange for solution.
Nice pool, garden in between buildings is nice surprise..
Found balance in lobby (nice, not every airport hotel has one), but must it cost 1...More

Thank you for your review. Staff and management are always pleased to hear from a guest that they enjoyed their stay. I agree the luggage scale would be a great complimentary service. The issue is that the scale has to be certified since the accuracy...More
The room was a good size (although a little dirty) and the location was good for the airport. It is noisy but if you leave the air con on, this drowns out most of the noise. The wifi didn't really work for us but we...More

You might want to call the hotel before you get to LA. I am sure they can assist you with the right plan. The hotel shuttle runs day and night but you need to call when you need to be picked up at LAX. This might involved a double free shuttle for you. One from the car rental to LAX and then a pick up at arrivals to shuttle your check in at the hotel. Hope this helps and safe traveling.
