Was transversing in/thru the LAX area 3 times in a week and needed a convenient, reasonably priced, and clean hotel with a reliable shuttle service...THIS is that hotel! Their shuttles runs about every 15-20 minutes and 24/7 and I had no wait or hassles. The hotel's exterior is well kept and gives you initial peace of mind and it only...

This is an old structure hotel a little further than other at LAX. The room was well appointed and quiet. The restaurant was under construction and a few tables were hastily arranged in the lobby/bar. From other hotels usually I walk 15-20 min to and from the terminal, but this was too far. The shuttle bus was a problem: I...

LAX is a hassle of overcrowded saturated airport dysfunctionalism, and the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel we'll take all of that bad karma away! Upscale atmosphere and decor, with rooms that are quiet, comfortable, peaceful, and most welcoming to the tired weary traveler. All rooms are quite spacious with all the usual Marriott amenities. Well-trained and friendly management and staff....

We requested a quite accessible room and it was #402! I never heard 1 air plane during our stay. The accessible shower met our needs. Obtaining & returning a rental car from SixT was very convenience as well! (Just make sure you do not use the SixT shuttle- use the Renaissance Shuttle) We also dinned in the hotel restaurant which...

A frequent guest here, this is the go-to place to stay at LAX ~ it's slightly north of the beaten path (Century Blvd.), smaller than the big-box variety airport hotel, much more personal, and reminds of a nostalgic yesterday when the journey was more important than the over-stimulus of a dozen choices. It's simple, straight-forward, user-friendly, and has "one" of...

Not the 1st time staying here for my long distant flight stop over. Only this time was with my family. It took us more than 45 minutes just to wait for the shuttle. Frustrating, since I brought my family with 3 kids. And then we finally got the shuttle, we almost left behind because it was full and there were...

I greatly appreciate your loyalty to Marriott and I'm sorry you didn't feel warmly welcomed at check-in. I'll be sure to share your feedback with our team....

How does one do an airport hotel justice ? Well, if all that you are looking for is a night's rest and a decent shower near LAX, this hotel may satisfy your needs. But if 1980s -style brownish hallways, carpets and other sad and uninspiring decorum turns you off, you have been warned. Ditto for noisy, rattling ACs. And the...

Stayed here the last night of our holiday. They have a free shuttle to the airport which goes every 30 minutes. As we were checking in early the woman on the front desk gave us a room for my husband to rest in while waiting for a disable room to become available. They ended up moving him to a room...

Hotel Lobby very nice. Rooms very small though and feel dirty. Bed not great and ac super loud. Good points....quick to airport by Uber. Shuttle not on a schedule so spent the five bucks and get a taxi or Uber.

I stay often at this LAX located property. Renaissance guest service levels are usually top-notch. However, this stay was disappointing. I travel with my own food items that need refrigeration. In the past, this property provided a small fridge in every suite. Recently, this policy has changed. Many of the refrigerators have been removed. If the room does not have...
