Huge rave to the Embassy suites!... We came in from Canada for the Taylor Swift Concert the hotel was ready to host us as well as all the other Swifties!...

Excellent accommodation, we were there for the Taylor Swift show and they really catered to all the "Swifties"!...

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and came for the Beyoncé concert... It’s close to Sofi stadium so for concert goers this is great...

...The front desk people seem for the most part friendly... They give you two voucher tickets for free drinks... They say they have a shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes... But I waited for almost 2 hrs for my shuttle to arrive... I saw shuttles for Marriott and Renaissance hotel come through many times while waiting for the Embassy suite hotel to show up... So may want to book there if getting to the hotel at a prompt time and not waiting at the airport is important to you... When I checked in I asked for a late check out on the back end and they said they would accommodate and then when I called to verify the night before i was to leave, they said I would have to call back at 6:30 am to verify... I used the pool which was ok, it was colder than expected... so from the 2hour wait time at the airport to get to the hotel to the inability to give me a room that didn’t stink of smoke and the non late check out I’m giving it an average rating...

When I arrived at the Embassy Suites LAX North my check in process did not go as planned. Due to a system malfunction my check in process was delayed... The system was down the entire evening, but I can gladly say that the hotel staff definitely turned my evening around... I also want to highlight Joseph’s integrity to take on the role of creating a system to satisfy the guest with the lack of resources he had at hand... Hilton should definitely take pride in the individuals they hire and uplift Joseph, Andrew, Ben, Darren ,and Jazmin for quickly adapting to change... The following morning I was amazed at breakfast to see how Joseph interacted with his guest that checked in during the system malfunction... I definitely did not feel like a guest anymore, but more like a member of the Hilton Family... Airport shuttle was about an hour wait each way..every other hotel shuttle lapped us about 6 times. No hot water, they said they had to restart their broiler and “to let the shower run,”still ice cold in the morning...

I even heard them organizing to send the shuttle to a different hotel, off the regular route, to pick people up in the middle of the night!... Ester, on the front desk and Shaun, the security professional on duty that day both provided service above and beyond what would normally be expected... Their courtesy to my daughter and me was very much appreciated... When I left that day I was honored to have met 2 new friends...

We had such an amazing stay because of two very special people: Ester from the front desk & Shaun from security were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to ensure that we were cared for during our stay...
