The historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel has been a legendary Los Angeles landmark since 1923. With exquisite Spanish-Italian Renaissance architecture, including stunning hand-painted ceilings, it's rich history is most noted for its connection with the Oscars - the founding banquet for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was held in the Crystal Ballroom in 1927, where the original "Oscar" statuette was sketched on a Biltmore napkin, and eight Academy Awards banquets were held in the Biltmore Bowl during the '30s and '40s.

The hotel is amazing but the valet manager is very rude. What’s crazy is the valet works are extremely nice. Jose is his name so be mindful. I just couldn’t believe the treatment. No need to be rude.

The Biltmore is an amazing hotel with a rich history. My friends and I recreated a scene from GHOSTBUSTERs that was filmed in the now lobby of the Biltmore. The staff was more than accommodating and really seemed to appreciate our efforts. Great Times at a Great Hotel.

This hotel is horrible. The staff is rude and made the whole process a nightmare. Starting from the beginning, I pulled into the parking garage and found that the first 8 floors were “reserved for valet parking” and were completely empty. Valet parking is $65 so unless you can afford that, your only other option is to pay $45 per night parking just to park all the way at the top of the parking garage. And in order to get back to the lobby to check in, expect to struggle with your luggage down the winding staircase. I confirmed with the front desk that there is no other way that doesn’t involve stairs. The hotel is directly next to an outdoor event venue. I was on the 5th floor and my hotel room was literally vibrating from the concert that was going on. It was extremely loud and went until 10:00pm. They charge a $35 per night “destination fee” on top of the hotel price that says it covers internet, pool access and water bottles upon request. I called room service the next morning because they didn’t have water with the coffee maker and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, I was informed I had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get a water bottle. This is crazy to expect guests to walk down there to access a basic need. I went down there and asked the front desk how to get water and the lady pointed next to her where there was 4 water bottles on the counter. I asked if I’m supposed to reach over and grab one and she ignored me. Online it also says there’s a cafe, this is not true. I asked 3 different hotel workers and there is no food anywhere on the premises. I paid for a King suite with a pull out couch and was given a small room with two double beds which is much cheaper than the room I paid for. This place is an absolute rip off and is not what they advertise it to be. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Hello, Stephanie. We deeply regret to hear about your frustrations felt during your recent stay. We understand that the parking situation was not as expected and would cause inconvenience. Remember, we are always open for feedback to improve this area. Also, we apologize for the unexpected noise from the nearby event venue that disturbed your in-room peace. Please know it is our priority to ensure a tranquil environment for our guests. The misunderstanding regarding services offered, such as the destination fee amenities and onsite cafe, is not the experience we aim to provide. We are reviewing your comments about the room allocation with our team, as we want all guests to receive the room type they booked. We appreciate your informative review and find it to be valuable in improving our guest's experiences. It is our hope that we will have an opportunity in the future to rectify this situation and provide a better impression of our establishment. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Comfy Double Delux room to share with my friend. We chose the Biltmore because of the affordable price our conference had arranged AND the history of the hotel. It is lovely! The beautiful ceilings, carpets, wood paneled elevators and more. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was fantastic I loved the interior decor the vintage high society look was exactly what the website projected. I loved the fact that it had a mini museum with new and old Hollywood photo’s through the hotel. I booked here for that reason and this hotel did not disappoint.

Beautiful historic hotel, nice rooms, great pillows. Although there were coffee making facilities in the room, there was no tea. No glass wear, only disposable cups, could be more environmentally friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
