After my second stay was not so great, the management reached out to me to discuss my concerns. I was shocked, as other hotels don't seem to care all that much. Anyways we returned, and the stay was fantastic. It was a quick stay, just overnight. We stayed in the club rooms, which included access to the club room for...

There's nothing especially exciting about it but it's a good down town hotel at a reasonable price. It's in a good location and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distrance. We found the wifi to be adequate. I'd happily stay there again if the price remains competitive.

The Omni is a great hotel with great views over LA, the concierge Amy was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us when we arrived. Great facilities in the hotel and unlimited coffee pods for room. Lots of restaurants & bars around the hotel.

Don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel with some positives: friendly staff, clean rooms, great location and very nice fitness center. But, a few minuses: very small and narrow pool (don't let the website photo fool you) and you have to actually pay for wifi! That is ridiculous.

Great hotel, excellent staff, would stay again. Noe restaurant is great, loved the scallops. Spacious room, lovely ambiance in lobby. Peet's Coffee on third floor, good location, well-run and efficient.

It has a nice lobby area, decent rooms for LA. Rooms were fairly spacious, parking was expensive. Only thing that was not great is that you have to sign up to get free wifi i don't understand this and really dislike having to sign up... quite annoying

Book this if you're spending a day or two exploring MoMA, the Disney concert hall and the DTLA art scene. Location is just right behind MoMA. California marketplace is also right outside the hotel. Great start off point for exploring. Bike rentals just outside MomS. Only downside of this hotel is slow wifi inside the rooms.

Very close to MOCA(museum of contemporary art), The Broad museum, Walt Disney Concert Hall. If you want to walk and feel LA downtown It'll be a perfect choice. Nice and neat also clean. All staffs are kind and nice. I'll definitely visit here again.

A practical, if somewhat charmless hotel with good sized rooms in close proximity to Opera, Concert Hall and Museums. Friendly staff, good food and a cozy bar round out the offering. Sometimes one even gets to spot opera stars!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and convenient and there are always hints of luxury. I travel a lot of business but I enjoy the times I can bring my family and spend a weekend too. Bed and linens are the best!

Thank you very much for your enthusiastic review! I am so pleased we could provide a home away from home whether you are staying for business or pleasure with your family. Should you be interested, our linens are available for purchase on the Omni website. They may make a lovely addition to your home. Helen Simmons, General Manager

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
