This is such a great location for anyone wanting to visit Hollywood, in particular, an event at the Hollywood Bowl, which is within very easy walking distance. The property was very clean and we felt safe. The check-in/check-out clerk (name was Pio) was wonderful. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the Hollywood area.

The hotel is about 10 mins stroll to the main attractions, bus tours, restaurants etc. so ideally placed. But the hotel is very much like a motel and the facilities are very basic. The room was clean but looked tired and required a makeover but the bed was large and very comfortable. Limited TV channels choice and basic remote (no Netfix). The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was served in an adjoining bar/bistro with very basic choices but adequate for our needs. There was no luncheon served. Dinner was very basic and plain-which we did not have.

Arrived at the hotel a few hours before check in. Spoke to reception who asked us to give her a moment. She then continued having a conversation with her colleagues about non-work related things in front of us before returning to our check in. Very rude.
We were charged an additional $52 to check in early (around 3 hours early).
The room was small, dated and smelled very strongly of smoke. It was extremely loud- no sound proofing at all. One night we were kept awake by very loud music being played seemingly in the hotel. Lots of ‘eccentric’ characters wandered in and out of the car park- it didn’t feel especially safe.
The hotel is in a great location but other than that, it doesn’t have much going for it.

The rooms had not been updated for years and it has the feel and look of a downtown motel. The manager was very surly and rude. There is no restaurant but there is a very small cafe adjoining which served cooked breakfasts, snacks and fast food. There is no lounge area, only a small reception area. The position of the hotel is great, however, as it is only a few minute's walk to the main strip with The Walk of Fame, shops and restaurants. Apparently, there was an outside swimming pool but it was tucked away at the back of the hotel and it was too cold to use it (even if it was open). Although there was a TV in the room we could only get the basic local channels.

We initially booked for two nights. On the second day, we went to extend our stay for a further night. The receptionist and manager confirmed that this was acceptable at the previous price, took my credit card, and provided me with papers to sign which was not a problem at all. On the next day (our last night) we returned to the hotel to our room and our room card was not working. When we went to reception to question this, the manager and receptionist were very rude and kept on threatening to get maintenance to remove all of our stuff from our room, when the previous day they had accepted our one night extension. The manager was claiming that we never agreed on an extension and that we never visited reception the previous day, even insisting they would check cameras to prove us wrong. They explained to us that we can keep the room for a further night but at a more expensive price than we had agreed the previous day. When speaking to the reception again the next day (day of our check out), they kept on insisting that we were confusing everything and that we were completely at fault for everything. Very very disappointed with how they handled the situation as they kept blaming everything on us instead of taking fault.
We did not get housekeeping once throughout our stay. If you decide to book this hotel, make sure to request a room away from the street as you hear everything on the very busy street outside and the room also vibrates when a car passes by.
Do not book this hotel for the pool as it is located in the parking lot.

Arrived early from another hotel so we were charged €30 for an early check in. Fair enough. Reception staff very unfriendly and were throughout The bar/restaurant is owned separately and was only open for breakfast so no where to come back to the hotel and have a drink after being out all day. They said it was because they couldn’t get the staff to open longer. The pool was shut due to covid! When I say this place is a concrete jungle on stilts it really is. It has lifts, and stairs too onto an open walkway to the rooms that you look down onto the car park and so as you don’t have to go through reception to get to your room and we saw numerous drug runs. The bed was super comfy. We had a big fridge and good quality furniture and tv but the carpet was heavily stained and the bathroom was outdated and why have wallpaper in a bathroom!

Rooms were clean and updated. Elevator kept skipping the 2nd floor. There were laundry and ice-maker on our floor. Location and parking were safe (but parking is tight). Be prepared to pay $22 a night for parking (which is cheaper than most of the area hotels) and if you speak to someone on the phone they will tell you they will comp it because you are a reward member, but you will get a different story once you check in. Also there is a $45 fee to check in early, but early is defined differently depending whom you speak to (on the phone we were told no fee after 1pm, in person it was the normal 3pm check-in time). Location is within walking distance to the Walk of Fame. There is a small pool and hot tub off the parking lot which looked clean, but we didn't utilize. Front desk woman not so friendly or accommodating. Juan whom we spoke to both on the phone and in person has much better customer service, but did not fix the bill as promised.

We visit Hollywood a couple of times each year and this is our first choice when looking for a hotel. This place is less than a 5 minute walk from Hollywood and Highland, and maybe 10 minutes to the Hollywood Bowl. If you are planning a late night event or concert, it's a great place to stay/park and avoid the long drive home. Despite being close to a major street, the rooms are pretty quiet except for the occasional siren. Parking has never been a problem, although the lot can get packed on weekends. We recently stayed mid-week and had open spots everywhere. Compared to local hotels, the price and value was really good especially if you are a Rewards Member. We will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location is great, an easy walk down to Hollywood Blvd, 7-Eleven is close by for any snack needs but the hotel had vending machines with good variety of drinks & snacks! We didn’t drive but there always appeared to be parking spaces available. The main road was a little noisy but we had a room towards the back of the property which overlooked the pool and we couldn’t have been happier with the placement of this and it definitely minimised any noise from traffic. The room itself was clean and fairly modern with a huge flat screen TV and coffee machine! The reception staff members that we spoke to were all incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely chat about Disneyland with the woman that checked us in! The free luggage storage was a life saver on our day of check out as we didn’t have a vehicle and were off to do some studio tours. Would highly recommend this hotel for an affordable place to sleep if you want to be near to the tourist hot spots!

Don't get deceived by the front images of this hotel. The smell in the room was terrible, it looks it was the carpet. The bathroom was screaming an update, very uncomfortable too, the shelf with the towels was on top of your head when you are in the sink. You are basically in the hallway, because it's opened and the noise of the street is so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. There were people running in the hallway. They don't have a restaurant and the one next to it is not a very pleasant one. I had to change hotels the following day of my check in. On top of all this, it was not cheap at all, I ended up paying more than $250 for a night.
