Dena was awesome with helping us resolve our reservation snafu with Expedia! Phil saved the day also! Thanks for helping us get our room in a timely manner! She let us get our car parked while we waited for technology to catch up to us. Love this place!
Came for our anniversary and had fabulous experience. Ivan at the front desk made reservations for dinner and then cocktails after and on top of that, was able to get us tickets to an art show. He definitely knows how to go above and beyond. We will be back.
Our stay was short but we enjoyed every minute of it! Dena at the front desk was super helpful from check-in to check-out! She really made us feel welcome and comfortable, answering all our questions and making sure we would have a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back if I ever return to LA.
Pil at the front desk not only allowed me to do an early check-in, he also upgraded my room! As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed at the hotel, which was a very quick subway train ride away from all the big Hollywood and Downtown LA attractions. My hotel room was gorgeous and must’ve been recently refurbished because it seemed a lot newer than the hotel actually is. Very clean and comfortable room, many amenities and excellent staff. Definitely booking at this hotel next time I visit!
My friend became I’ll and we had to extend our stay! The manager “Pil” really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us and we truly appreciate all his help! Great hotel and staff! 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends!
Pil it’s really good he help us a lot and give us a really good service we love the pool and we really enjoy our stay here 😊 we highly recommend this hotel to everyone and it’s kids friendly ♥️ It’s a really good place !
I’m in and out of Los Ángeles not everyone can meet your needs. Pil laid it out for me what I need and don’t need. I don’t need time to waste. You get a room a pool and gym i didn’t need most but a quiet room. Upgrade and courtyard or don’t complaint.
Rough start on our first day, but it’s the quality of care sometimes. Definitely a hit or miss. We came in late and Pil was more than happy to help us in every way. Sometimes it just takes a good smile and care that is missing in a lot of places. Definitely recommend.
Went to check in with a young lady, she gave me ground level which I don't feel safe so she did move me to 3rd floor. Told her I had a service animal she talked to a gentleman he said dog must be Ada certified which is against the law. Service animals do not have to be certified according to the Americans with disability act. He was very rude to me even threatening in front of other guests, It was humiliating. I paid the $100 pet fee and felt uncomfortable staying there after that. They say pet friendly but no green space for animals to go to o bathroom. Bathroom had small ants everywhere upon check in but not comfortable telling front desk. I had a car and location is close to Griffith park. Run down area and homeless outside yelling and throwing his clothes in street. Blood stain on bed frame, cracked sliding door with tape on it. No open restaurant or food available. Have to walk across parking lot to get to pool area it has nice trees and landscaping. Probably best part of hotel.Ended up paying $430 for two nights in a tiny room could definitely stay in better neighborhood for that price. Do not recommend.…
Great location and staff was very helpful. Pil at the front desk was so considerate. Saw we were exhausted from an early flight & really felt like he took care of us. He even gave us great advice on local restaurants.
