The hotel was great! It’s a great value and the staff are kind. It’s a simple room but great pricing; there’s breakfast each morning; easy access around LA and to freeways; the rooms are cool and clean; and overall it’s a good value.

Three days ago, we fled Calabasas under a mandatory evacuation order to escape the Woolsey fire storm. We picked a motel in Glendale, California to be near are two daughters who live in Eagle Rock and Silver Lake. This was the first time we stayed at a Best Western Motel in eons. Much to our chagrin, we had low expectations. Shame on us. The Best Western Plus Glendale proved to be a total gem and it started with Claudia at the front desk. We arrived frazzled, exhausted and still in shock from the turn events that drove us out our home. Claudia’s concerned and empathic manner help to calm us down. So did are newly remodeled room. It’s clean and stylish lines, ample outlets for our digital gear and impeccably cleaned appearance was just what we needed to set up our emergency base camp. So did the excellent breakfast offerings, coffee, and pastries. All this help us catch our breath, get some sleep and update our friends and colleagues. It also made us more confident about how we were going to manage this crisis in our life. Finally, we felt a deep sense of gratitude for Claudia and her staff’s kindness, efficiency and attention to detail. Bravo. You can find fancier digs but you can not find fancier customer service professionals. The staff of Best Western Plus Glendale get it about what their customers need and for me, that is a true five star quality. If your travels take you to Glendale, don’t miss what the future of hospitality looks like: diverse, compassionate, and attention to detail. Priceless...

Last minute stay here for 2 nights. AC very loud had to plug out when trying to sleep. Bathroom very small and room very noisy from the freeway. Staff pleasant. Room spotless. Can get over the things I mentioned above as the price is right and good location to the Americana at Brand.

Parking spots half the size of normal just to make more, water pressure very poor, pool dirty, hot tub broken, high speed internet didnt even reach second floor rooms, extra charges hidden parking $9.00 a day. Very very noisy. Doors do not seal at bottom. This property is not worthy of the best western plus title. Quality and amenities are sub standard at best. The area of this property is extremely sketchy.

Was unpleasantly surprised to discover that guests are charged $9 per night to park. The location is extremely noisy from the freeway and street traffic; although it cannot be heard in the room, it makes outdoor phone conversations impossible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the jacuzzi was actually hot with great jets.
