I travel a lot for business and stay at hotels at lease 10 days a month, I’ve had nice service and experiences at most of the hotels I’ve stayed over all these years traveling and never felt the need to write a review to let both users and hotel management how positive and extraordinary my stay at Sofitel Beverly Hills was. I want to start with the amazing service provided by the staff the three days I stayed here. Shoutout to Carlos from Security who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of every day of my stay and being super friendly but at the same time as profesional as it gets! Valet / parking staff killed with the service every day as well and front desk staff was the dream team for the hospitality industry. Whoever is doing the recruiting for this hotel is a magician. Thank you for everything Carlos and Sofitel Beverly Hills, see you next weekend 🎉

Hotel's Favorite
We choose the Sofitel because it is well located and only a short distance (in LA terms) between the areas we wanted to visit. The hotel is large - but the friendly staff and quirky art work in the foyer made it feel more intimate. Unfortunately we only stayed at the Sofitel for 1 night instead of the originally intended 4 as our visit was cut short by a family bereavement back in NZ. With regard to that, the Sofitel very kindly shortened our stay without penalty and did not charge us for our second night (we departed at 5pm). We are very grateful for this excellent level of service and won't hesitate to stay again and recommend it to our friends. The rooms were spacious and clean - we were on level 8, everything worked as it should. The closet/wardrobe was massive in our room. Named brand, Lanvin, toiletries in the bathroom and a good sized shower. As we were at the end of the corridor there were no noise or sound issues what so ever. Complimentary water at turndown and a huge comfortable bed. The hotel is directly across from the The Beverly Centre Mall - which is a great shopping destination, but needs more food restaurant options. The staff at the Sofitel were very friendly and welcoming. As I mentioned we weren't able to avail ourselves of many of the Sofitels benefits during this brief stay - but we will be back. The confirmation emails we received prior to our stay were a nice touch.

This was my first trip in 14 months after the pandemic. I love ACCOR hotels and loyalty pays. I used my upgrades ans coupons and got an 8 day stay at about 70 per cent off. I was so pleased to have the outdoor pool to myself nearly every morning. And when others joined they were so nice. The service was incredible. Everyone was just getting back to business at the end of the pandemic. It was so beautiful to see everyone pitching in and welcoming us back. I know everyone had challenges this past year so I was very moved by how kind and accommodating everyone was. Also Raul Rubio welcomed us and went out of his way to support our business and our work here. Just a natural connector. That young man is going places.

We've been going to this hotel once a year since we met in 2012. Our enjoyment and appreciation of this space has decreased over the years. Some pros: This time, we stayed in a deluxe king with gorgeous views of the Hollywood Hills and synn. Location is great. It's across from Beverly center. We can walk to Melrose and good eateries. Cons: The downstairs breakfast cafe is closed. The rooms could use some love. I see some mold and build up in the bathrooms, on the walls and the windows. I hate that you can't use their fridge because it has the automatic sensors with the stuff they want to sell you at a surplus. Pool/gym/room service are all closed so I'm not sure why we're charged a resort fee! ? The coffee machine is very very old. TV does not have chrome casting capabilities. Windows don't open and AC was very loud. Internet is super slow. All in all, a 3 star experience for 5 star pricing .

Im a hotel guest at Sofitel and as I was walking by the main entrance kind of lost looking for a breakfast place, Raul greeted me without even knowing that I was a guest. I then felt comfortable to ask him for suggestions for breakfast places near the hotel. The way he treated me and going above and beyond to find a place where I could eat and work was beyond my expectations. He called a place to check availability and becuase they didn't have wifi ...he then showed me some nice and quite places in the hotel where I could work and he also suggested places where I could order food . During all this time I thought he was the hotel manager. It was surprising to know that he actually was a security agent. It's amazing to see that there are employees that really care about the customers and surpass thier job descriptions to provide exceptional customer service and make the guest feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel owner should be greatful to have an employee like Raul.
