Everyone who works here went above and beyond any customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Left my wallet in the lobby before flying home, and Carlos not only found it, he walked me through getting them a shipping label. He then personally took my wallet to the drop off. I am beyond grateful. Kris at the front desk was also so lovely and made checking in a breeze. Thank you all so much!
Since we drove into the hotel, a pretty warm welcome from the Valet team, Big shout out for the great hospitality to the head of the valet Enrique, The Security Gary at the entrance of the venue pretty professional, We went out for a ladies (Mom’s) night last Wednesday, We had a great experience, Definitely We’ll comeback!

One of my favorite places to stay while in Beverly Hills, especially if you are a constant visitor of the nearby hospital. I have always been completely satisfied with the rooms, service, restaurant, bar and valet and have gotten to know several staff by name. On my last visit, I needed to extend my stay due to a medical emergency that had come up. I had checked with the front desk two days prior and was assured it would not be a problem if I needed to extend my stay but to let the front desk know "first thing that morning." When I tried to extend my stay first thing in the morning as I was instructed, I was told there were no rooms available. I explained it was an emergency and that I had been told prior that it would not be a problem. I also said I would be willing to relocate to another room and that my hands were tied about the medical procedure. Instead of trying to help me out, the man at the counter told me his hands were tied as well. This was a little frustrating since I had been assured it would not be a problem and had already been a guest at the hotel for 5 days. So I was forced to go back to my room, pack all my belongings and look for another hotel where I stayed for another five days. It's unfortunate that there was miscommunication and also that the gentleman at the counter was not very helpful...…
Great service- I left my Kindle in the room on my departure and realized it at the airport. I spoke to Carlos Hill of security and he assured me that they had it and walked me through the process for return. Very reassuring and organized.
Sofitel is the best. From Willy and the staff outside to the desk staff, you couldn't find nicer and more attentive people. We stayed here for back surgery at Cedars. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You have a nice view of the Hollywood hills. We will be back!
We stayed in a king room on the Beverly Blvd site. As others mentioned, the staff were very nice and made our trip very enjoyable. The hotel needs some renovations but is nonetheless comfortable and quiet. There were plenty of surrounding attractions to occupy our time. We did not use the concierge on this trip but we definitely will on our next one in a couple of weeks, We used the Accor website to make reservations and the staff defintely treat you well. Shout out to Alec, Deborah, and Miranda at the front desk who treated us warmly at check in and checkout.
We received an upgrade to a corner room on the 9th floor with great views over to the Hollywood Hills. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the walk in shower was excellent with great water pressure. The amenities in the bathroom were also excellent. As we were staying for 7 days, we arranged for a bar fridge to be delivered to the room. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well but we don't usually use them and they are becoming quite rare these days. The bar and restaurant were both very good though there could have been longer hours for the bar. The hotel is right next to the Beverly Center, and it is an easy walk to bars along La Cienaga Bvld and Santa Monica Blvd, and to the Farmers Market. We also caught a lot of public transit during this stay as there are a number of bus routes near the hotel and it was very easy to get further away like downtown LA, Santa Monica and Koreatown though sometimes there was a character on the bus or train !! Highly recommend this hotel.…
Customer service was excellent!!! Valet staff was the best both when we checked in and at departure. Willy was incredibly courteous! Front desk gentleman at check in was kind and professional, I didn’t get his name but super helpful and all smiles. The experience did make us want to visit again! The filtered water was perfect,
The Sofitel in Beverly Hills, and the amazing Accor, is simply, superbly, great. So very comfortable and welcoming! It is now my go to home away from home for my frequent visits to Cedar Sinai Medical Center, and close to everything the city has to offer. Special thanks to Willy, Alec, Elmer and the staff, who treat me like an honored guest from arrival to departure.
