We stayed here from 8/1 -8/2 as a family of four and had an enjoyable time for our family reunion. The staff was extremely professional and kind to all guests, going out of their way to ensure guests had what they needed. From housekeeping to security to the front desk we experienced the utmost professionalism. We had the two bedroom/two bathroom suite which allowed our two grown children enough space to spread out. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our needs with towel exchanges. The breakfast staff were outstanding with everyone going out of their way to greet guests. Two of these staff were Irma and Ira who greeted us like family every morning when they saw us. I looked forward to breakfast every morning due to the wonderful experience! Kudos to these two ladies who represent your hotel with utmost confidence and professionalism! Thank you for making our stay great!

I’m a Bonvoy titanium elite member. I booked two nights at the Residence Inn LAX at the standard rate. I arrived early on the second day due to flight delays. I was given room 1019. This is a horrible room. The AC doesn’t work and the hallways of the hotel aren’t air conditioned. So I complained a lot and various maintenance people came to the room and told me I have to give it time to cool off. I finally said, give me another room. Elizabeth was great and found me another room quickly. 719 was the room I was given. Huge difference!! No AC in the hallways but the room was cool. Keep in mind 1019 has a slight cigarette smell and a love seat. What did I do to the Residence Inn’s staff to place me in such a room. I’ll never know. This isn’t an bad hotel it just needs some improvements. Most of all AC in the Hallways. Geesh..

Dear Shaytino, I recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have taken the time to provide. Maintaining a clean atmosphere within our guest rooms and common areas is important and I apologize that we did not fulfill that expectation during your visit. A functioning air condition should always a standard in our hotel. This issue has been shared with our Engineering leaders and to our Ownership to and make some evaluation for improvement. My hope is the next time you are in the area, you will give us another chance to provide the guest experience we strive to deliver. Quick check in. Great room with a comfortable bed. Quiet. The breakfast was good - hot and cold selections. The shuttle got us to the airport after about a ten minute wait. Thought the price was very competitive.

The hotel is conveniently located next to LAX airport. The hotel has a Starbucks and two other fast-food restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious and has amenities like a full kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. The hotel also has paid parking. This hotel is very busy, and the reception is very chaotic. They do not have enough luggage carts to give you to unload your luggage. So, you might have to wait for a long time to get one. On top of that, in order to get a luggage cart, you will need to keep your ID as a security deposit. This is the first time I have experienced such a thing at a hotel. The whole check-in process takes a long time as sometimes your room will not be ready when you get there. At the same time, if you have car you will need to wait for a long time to find a parking spot to unload your luggage. Furthermore, they do not have any bellhops or anyone to assist you. The hotel itself is worn down and badly needs maintenance. The hallways are very dark and dingy. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. Half the things in the room do not work, the lights in our room did not work and the towel rack was coming off. On top of that, the room phone did not work either. I tried to call the reception and I could hear the person, but they couldn't. The breakfast is sub-par and taste horrible. The eggs are watered down and the fruits they serves had mold (I have attached a photo as proof). The toaster in the breakfast area do not work properly either. The parking is very expensive, $49.00+tax / per day. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and badly needs maintenance. I would think twice before booking this hotel again. To make matters worse, the room we got also had a fly. I was quite surprised that this hotel is part of the Marriott group. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a good location. I liked the size of the rooms and they were very clean. My only complaint is that the shuttle service is slow. It doesn't run frequently enough. They said every 20 to 25 minutes, but it was definitely longer than that. Plan way ahead if you want to make your flight on time.

Very pleasant stay. Liked this hotel a lot. It had very spacious and comfortable rooms. Bed and bath were good. Liked the kitchen area that had some cups, dishes, etc. Wonderful view of airplanes taking off. The only thing we did not like was the sofa bed - super thin and you could feel the mattress springs, not at all comfortable to sleep on. Good shuttle service. Good breakfast. The hotel held our luggage for us when we arrived in the morning. Would definitely stay here again, it had the comforts of home.

Outstanding hotel near airport - which is a blessing! Soundproof windows (couldn't hear the planes taking off), less city traffic, easy to navigate. Staff is outstanding. Ask about the $250 hotel fee, which can be deducted (or used) if food items bought from their shoppette or parking not used. we were lucky to have handicap parking available outside the hotel. Breakfast included--i requested for items for menu (e.g. congee) but otherwise, all you can eat. Stellar service by nearby Ralph's (for groceries for our kitchen) and restaurant orders. Ordered Chines food and pizza up to the room -- both delivered in under 10 minutes (Chinese) and 20m (pizza). Scan the code at the desk table for immediate ordering. big rooms and comfortable living room and kitchen. Amenities are as they said - stocked utensils, towels, trash bags, free wifi, and streaming on TV. I requested they improve the internet connection as it was occasionally spotty, freezing, and not connecting. And the best part - we happened to be in town when BTS member, Suga, was performing at KIA stadium (May 11-14 2023). The hotel had transportation to and from the concert, all days, free! Great incentive to stay here due to the partnership in transportation. Clean area around the hotel, Starbucks below, and superb staff. Ask for Joshua for any questions. Stay here - it's not your mama's airport hotel. It's a home.

Stayed for two days upon our return from Kauai to attend a high school graduation. While the hotel shows its age, it comfortable and well run. The staff are professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The proximity to LAX is great. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast area was great . The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious. I gave a 4 star because I think the couch in the room needs a deep cleaning or needs to be replaced. It’s walking distance to the Crypto Arena and Yardhouse restaurant.
