Very pleasant stay. Each room has a balcony! We were there for a wedding and it was stunning. The room was great, the pool and bar were nice. And when you walk in, you smell the gorgeous flower arrangements. The pizza at the bar was surprisingly good, but take the walk to Clementine's for breakfast. Yum! And the hotel is...

Dear librarangrrrl, Fabulous! That is a "Great Stay" when your experience compliments the use of one's senses, sight (balcony views), smell (lobby scent), and taste (food). I believe the only one you didn't mention was the sense of hearing. However, I'm sure you had great conversation at the wedding you attended. We are delighted to have met your expectations and...

I visited LA for my birthday in July and stayed at the InterContinental Century City. I was warmly greeted by the valets and front desk. I was lucky to have Jesse the bellman take me to my room. As we chatted he inquired about my stay and knew I was there for a week so when we got to my...

We cashed in some IHG points to finish off our trip with a little luxury and we were certainly impressed. Upgraded to a newly refurbished suite, we had a great view towards Santa Monica and the ocean. The bed is the best I've ever slept in, with a super comfy mattress and the softest sheets I've ever come across. It...

We stayed here two days prior to taking a cruise. This was the hotel that we got through the cruise line. Our room on the 9th floor was a good size and looked over Fox Studios and had panoramic views of Los Angeles. The room was clean and had a good sized bathroom. The room was very quiet. We did...

I travelled with another adult plus a 9 and 14 year old. We had a king suite with fold out sofa bed for the children. The room was great with more than enough space for everyone and our luggage. The fridge and coffee maker were handy. We made the most of the free town car dropping us off and picking...

I stayed here twice recently, once on the way into the U.S., and once on the way home, and I was pleased, especially the second time. Both times, reception and concierge services were excellent. Breakfast, especially the berries and bacon, were just great. Each time, my room was big and renovated, and every room comes with a balcony so it's...

Old worn rooms are definitely not what the pictures are of on their site! Apparently there are newly renovated rooms but we were not assigned one of those which is a bummer. The hotel seems to be going through renovation. I stayed in one of the non-renovated rooms which was in a shameful state to say the least. dirty, torn drapes etc. I can only "hope" they chose to neglect touching up the room until the bigger renovation comes.
