We had booked a one bed suite for 5 nights, when first arrived were given a poor room on 4th floor overlooking busy road, single glazed so a lot of traffic noise. We complained and moved to marginally quieter room on same floor that only had space for one bedside cabinet and no r

I stayed there on business late November. I had a long flight coming into town and a full day of work starting first thing the next morning. When I got to my room, there was a plate of fresh fruit, with a note "welcome back"! A small thing, but honestly made a huge difference

In an industry and market like Los Angeles where 5 star hotels are in abundance, it has become increasingly difficult to be the standout property that merits siting down and writing a review. Intercontinental exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds, and set itself apart from

The hotel is very well maintained for it's age. The room size is above average. The bath was excellent with a separate standup shower. The bed was moderately firm and the pillows we're just right. Take advantage of the "town car" it's a Tesla model X and it saved us several Uber

Everything was perfect! From the room to all of the staff! After settling into our room, we were able to take a 5 minute walk to the mall. Breakfast buffet was really good! We’re definitely coming back!

I’m staying at the intercontinental La century city and I was wondering if there is any where to park my car nearby that I don’t need to pay 40$ ?
Hi Max, unfortunally there is no way you could avoid the valet parking fee as all available parking lots are very far (at least 15-20 min on foot). It might be a good idea to try at the commercial center at the end of the street (around half a mile) hoping that their overnight parking would be cheaper (I did not try it as I was with my young daughter and it would have been difficult to walk).

Does anyone know if the pool has pool service? We plan on having lunch served at the pool from copper the hotel restaurant. Thank you!
We bought a DayAxe day pass to go to this hotel for $15/per person for the use of the amenities all day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They give you a access key and wristband. They do have pool service on request! At the pool there is a phone with a menu outside so you can place your order directly to the restaurant named Copper at the hotel. They brought our lunch for 4 up to the pool area! Great Experience!! Our 2 friends and I enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, free WiFi, and business center. The parking was also discounted to $8.00. Awesome customer service!!

Are there nearby places outside to go for a 5 mile run?
Thank you for your question! Absolutely, we recommend running to Cheviot Hills Recreation Center and running around the Rancho Park Golf Course. You can enjoy both the city and some greenery on that run. If you prefer trail running. The Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is in nearby Culver City and offers challenging stairs with a shorter trail. There are several other running areas within a 15-30 minute drive of the hotel. Please feel free to contact our Concierge Team with any additional questions at 310-284-6500
