The area is NOT great and the Elevator and parking sucks! However once I was in my room I couldn’t be happier!! My room was so clean and just perfect! We stayed in a 2bd room suite it was amazing! Thank you housekeeping you guys are doing an amazing job!! Without my room being amazing I would have left to another hotel. The guy at Check-in was also great! Recommend!!
The good : This hotel offers amenities including breakfast. Has fridge too in the room.... Has fast food and suoermarket relatively close by. The not so good: Bad neighborhood keep doors locked!!! Had incident someone wanting to walk in.... Customer service ,front desk, terrible. The supervisor, when working, makes sure to haunt you with the phone call to your room: "Come down and pay if you are stayng another night" Not sure, I replied, will let you know ASAP ..... call after call to my room in 10 min time span. The supervisor treats guests as if they are possibly delinquent teens. She watches Netflix while working and does not answer phones. When she answers ( after 4 calls),she says "I was with another client" Customer service should answers the phone after the phone no later then 3rd ring and say:" moment ,Im with a guest can you please hold for a minute" Not to continue on writing, how unpleasent the stay was.....very unpleasant..... Plus they are not friendly and informative about rates. If any change happens, the supervisor is big on telling you, "you signed the paper"...... feel its very easy to get misled by the supervisor. Speaking to other guests.... they feel the same. After a long trip and ready to enjoy yourself, the last thing you need is to watch your back.…
We spent three nights here while on a SoCal vacation. This property is very nice, not so expensive, and near Universal Hollywood. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was hot and good. My concern was the location. The area is not one where you would want to do much walking. There were tents and boxes of the homeless all up and down the street in the area. We enjoyed our three nights, but did not go out at night. The hotell itself is very nice, but because of the area, I'm not sure I would stay there again.
Hotel does not mind wih our health! During the beakfeast we do not see that the bread was moldy in ther corners and ate part of it, when I saw and complain about it, to my surprise, the receptionoat said that just will talk with who works in the restaurant and it is ok! I coild not believe in that! If a child eats it and be sick because of that! I really thought that Comfort inn was a solid brand!
My family and I went to universal studios and this was the closest hotel we could find with our budget. It was refreshing to see that this hotel and it's staff takes pride and what they do we had a wonderful check-in breakfast is great, Sandra was helpful in recommendations of things to do after universal studios. Thank you for your hard work keep it up. Definitely great value and location.
