We booked this motel for a two night stay and had some concerns about it having read some of the negative reviews. But we found it to be perfectly satisfactory though a bit basic. There was plenty of hot water ( a problem mentioned by other reviewers) and the WiFi worked fine. We had a room at the front which... More

We stayed there 3 nights. the hotel is conveniently located, there is a bus right out the door to go to the beach and pier. The hotel was clean and quiet. Room service everyday, the floors were mop everyday. We slept well. The neighbourhood is ok with good and cheap mexican food nearby. Great value for the price!

So I know I can be a bit of a diva and a princess, and was very hesitant to try Paradise Inn. Wow was I pleasantly surprised! Don't get me wrong, this ain't no 5 star hotel! However for a bed and a shower when visiting LA, it's absolutely perfect!! On arrival the room and bathroom were very clean. Room... More

Very basic, a Route 66 type of motel. Yes, it has a couch, Internet, refrigerator, a large bed and the clerk is very nice. But it is old. No desk to work on, no closet. Two drawers have no handles. Glad I am traveling alone and not with my wife. Wish I had gone to the Villa Brasil right next... More

Simple suites, but with all the basic comforts: spacious, clean, good shower, TV, refrigerator, micro waves. Good location, close to the access to I405, fifteen minutes away from the Santa Monica pier. Affordable prices. Good value.

I arrived at the hotel and at first thought it was cute but basic - all i wanted was a bed to sleep in. I tried to have a shower but it took around 10 minutes for the water to get hot. After a few minutes the water reeked of sewerage. I'm not sure if it was the actual water... More

Booking online, the place looked great and was in a great location for the price. When we arrived, we just checked in, dropped our stuff off and went off to dinner. The place seemed clean and spacious. When we got back from dinner, we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. We had been out all... More

This hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality. NO HOT WATER. I was shivering trying to take a shower- so miserable. Not a relaxing time at all. Construction in the day and can't sleep at night because of paper thin walls so you can hear the TV in other rooms on either side of you Horrible headache from the dust... More

Culver City is very expensive area and to get a reasonable price hotel is very hard to find. This hotel was perfect for us, clean, affordable, and in the middle of Culver City. The only problem we had was the hot water was not hot. We had hot water only once. We tried to shower 4 times and got hot... More

To begin with, it looks like it was once an X-rated establishment, complete with red walls and corroded mirrors. The handle feel off the toilet the at first touch. Wiring looked as if you could get electrocuted any minute. I booked a "suite" in hopes of having a meeting there, but I would have been embarrassed to bring anyone into... More
