I'm so glad I read all the poor reviews on this place because I was pleasantly surprised. I had almost cancelled my booking after reading the reviews and I'm glad I didn't. Yes, there is no bathroom door however I didn't find this to be an issue; it was larger than expected and all the staff we encountered were pleasant....

The only thing going for this hotel is it's location. The rooms are tiny, I saw a stain on the door and there was a hole in my wall. The staff are extremely rude, and don't perform basic concierge services. I asked the concierge to please confirm my transfer to the airport for me and he said "you're going to...

What you don't see or read in the adds such as Hotel.com is there is absolutely no parking. I drive around for an hour before finding a half parking space 3 blocks away. If you're not driving, it's sup convenient and a cheap alternative to the W, one block from the Pantages. Until they get parking next door, if you're...

It is not like the pictures. The carpets are stained and the room reeked of cleaning chemicals. We were in the back room and little sleep was had with a noisy drummer playing late at night. The bed creeks with every movement. I have stayed in hostels with better quality beds. You'd be better off spending your money elsewhere. Also...

NO PARKING. NO DRIVING UP TO THE HOTEL. CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION WALL IN FRONT OF AND ON ENTIRE STREET. I wish I could give -0- stars. Be WARNED. Do NOT book here unless you are taking uber or a taxi here as they are in a HUGE construction zone. You can't park in front of or anywhere on the whole street...

Yes the reviews you read are exactly what Le Bon is. It's extremely well located, round the corner from Hollywood Bvd and close to the subway. Location is perfect and that'll is what we looked at when we stayed in Hollywood for the first time. When it comes to the rooms and hotel itself. There is much to be desired....

Well located next to the Flyaway airport shuttle stop in Hollywood, the location is pretty ok (stop will be moved to another location though, starting in October 2016). Takes you about 20min to get to the Chinese Theatre. The rooms, alhough stylish, were pretty dirty (we checked out two) as well as smelly, especially (!) after cleaning. It's also not...

Not a great experience. The rooms were tiny, although the bathroom was large. There was no separate shower in the washroom so when you used the shower it soaked the entire room and leaked out into the bedroom and got the Carpet wet. We were told there was going to be a breakfast but in the morning there was nothing...

We stayed two nights and had no issues. Good location for wall of fame and other places on Hollywood Blvd. The room itself is small and they only have rooms with 1 queen bed. The bathroom is very nice and modern. Everything was clean and the desk workers were very nice. There is construction going on on one side of...

We stayed here for four nights. The location was fantastic, so close to the Hollywood Boulevard and train station as well as awesome restaurants. However yes it is basic and right next door to a nightclub. The air-conditioning was extremely loud like we had to talk loud to just hear each other ( we may have got the dud room...

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
