My reservation was cancelled without particular reason one week before my trip. Not professional at all. I dont know - maybe my skin was white not black or the country I come from was not the correct one. I have not received explanation. Be prepare for that situation and dont trust their offer.

Recommended from family being they had good experience I get there to check in and the gentleman who is the owner son very rude no customer service skills at all , he wanted proof of child’s age explained I don’t carry birth certificate with me he had his school ID in phone said he couldn’t use O called my husband to send copy of passport got it showed him and he didn’t even look at it so a complete waste of time and asked to talk to manager and said he wouldn’t be I. Til Sunday which end up being his dad, also people singing early morning both nights I stayed so I don’t recommend this hotel at all very terrible !!!

This place was THE WORST hotel ive ever stayed in. Someone was SINGING at 5-6AM and im pretty sure it was the reception guy. No coffee no tea in rooms like listed “due to covid” the masks req was on when we were there and forgot our masks in the car. When we asked the guy at reception for some he didnt want to give them to us…so you are enforcing them but wont provide them. We didnt get any sleep because the crappy room had a terrible bed with scratchy sheets. We ended up checking out a day early, and when i asked the guy at reception if we would be charged he started arguing with me saying i wanted a free room. I said “we are checking out a day early, yes its past check out time. I know. Thats why im asking if we will be charged” this quickly turned into a screaming match with him because he started yelling and denying there was anyone was walking up and down the halls singing opera. It was a damn mess. It was the most bizarre experience i ever encountered! He stated he was the manager.. so that explains alot to me. He def was the one singing in the halls im convinced he got offended because when he asked how our stay was i told him about it. I know its a weird thing to bring up—but these walls were paper thin and he got super angry after i said that. Why ask how someones stay was if you dont want feedback? HORRIBLE. DONT DO IT. go stay somewhere else!

The service is too bad, the reception is not good, they even didn’t received my online package, but in the app they said that the package is already received by the reception. but this hotel said that they did not received it. so i guess the reception stole my package.

If I could give -10000 stars I would. I was here for this place for 20 min before I decided I would rather be anywhere but here. So disgusting. French fries in my air conditioning and stains on floors and walls. Asked the manager at the front desk who was so rude to please take it out of the AC and he was so mean and said I was crazy. Who would want to be with that in their stuff. It reeked of death and there was semen all of the walls. There were crack heads in and out of this place. Flies everywhere dead. The door handle was so filthy. I highly recommend sleeping on the street before you decide to stay here. You are going to have a bad time. The front desk guy said he was the manager and I asked who owned it and he said him???? All I wanted was an owner or managers number and he yelled at me. No sense of costumer service. He is as so rude and wouldn’t even compensate for the disgust. The room was absolutely not clean. Crumbs all over the ground. This guy was such an jerk. He is a scammer and charged me 2 times for my room. Stay so far away please.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The owner of this hotel who checked us in is obnoxious and extremely rude. I could not believe the way this guy spoke to my family and I when weIl checked in. I had booked this hotel room via Agoda and when we checked in, he said he had no record of it. He then later found me under a booking.com reservation. I told him I am not sure what happened here because I booked through Agoda. He then said to me “you didn’t book through Agoda you booked through Booking.com” when I tried to explain to him I didn’t book through booking.com he then said to me “my friend you need to learn how to book a hotel room, you don’t even know who you booked through”. This made me extremely angry because of what he said to me and his tone of this voice. He spoke to me in such a condescending manner. I said to him “please stop talking to me like I am an idiot, I know who I booked through” and then showed him the email from Agoda. He then replied you are an idiot because you can’t even book a hotel room. My wife and her elderly parents were so distressed and upset at this guy shouting and raising his voice I decided to check out the following day and find a proper hotel. When I told him, I was checking out he agreed to not charge me for the 3rd day. I then asked him to give me something in writing to confirm this and he responded with “I am not giving you anything in writing, speak to the company you booked through if you know who they are, I am not here to babysit you because you don’t know how to book a hotel room” I then calmly said to him “why do you keep talking to me like this I am just trying to resolve what has happened”, he then said “you are the one being an idiot because you don’t know what you are doing” at this point I just walked away from him and as I was walking away her said “good walk away you a..sshole”. I have never in my life experienced such behavior from a hotel owner and I travel frequently due to the nature of my work. I would not recommend anyone t stay here as the guy is the rudest and most unpleasant person I have ever met and plus the hotel rooms are terrible. There were stains all over the carpets, the fridge shelves were broken, all the walls were scuffed and marked, the room stank of a horrible smell, the lamp shades were all damaged and dirty and the bed was broken and leaning to one side.

Not only was this the smallest hotel room ever (and I've been in Europe and Manhattan,) there is only a curtain for a bathroom door and it doesn't even fit! I'm cool with my SO. but come on, some things still need to be kept behind closed doors. Literally. This place is fine for single travelers without high expectations but do keep in mind there is no secure place to store luggage if you get there before the 3pm check in - and don't even think of requesting a late check out. They were ringing our room to throw us out at 11AM sharp. Paper thin walls let you hear everything going on in the room next to you (and they most definitely heard us too!) On the plus side, free donuts and coffee, clean rooms and great location and friendly staff. On the minus side, I've had more privacy behind a bush camping in the woods and more space in my lean-to.

The only reason you could pick that hotel is for the very convenient location in Hollywood, near the Hall of Fame of Hollywood Boulevard. For everything else, you will have to be very... flexible. The bed is on some kind of coffin, which makes it unstable! If I was going to lay down on the left side, it was starting to flip over. No safe is working in any room. So everything is at its minimum, same for services. They actually didn't ask if I was happy during my stay there...

Booked to stay at le bon for four of us for a business trip in June. We held a booking for about three months but on the day of arrival (while in the air actually) the hotel cancelled three of our rooms because they were booked on a corporate card. Our rooms were then sold on so after our 13 hour flight we had nowhere to stay. The owner was rude and kept telling us as an owner he had the right to cancel whatever rooms he wanted. One of our party did have his booking maintained and was able to - or rather - unfortunate to - be able to stay at the hotel. It was noisy with paper thin walls meaning you could hear more than you cared to! The carpets were dirty, the shower broke during use and the hotel is generally not very well kept. I would really seriously recommend against staying here.
