We had stayed there before (under the previous management come to find out what had changed from then to now) and was happy. But now the new management don't care about your concerns and when you address them your called a liar even when the staff came in to your room to bring you new bedding because of all the hair in your bed. And she didn't even act surprised when she saw it either. I was there for a funeral for my grandfather so we needed 5 rooms and because of the issues in 2 of them we all had to scramble around at the last minute because of the gross bedding and clogged sinks. The manager is never there and ignores your calls. For the price you pay for a night you might as well take the drive and stay in Santa Clarita at the Hilton.

I stayed one night to get a really peaceful sleep prior to a visit to the hospital. I can only sleep to noise so I was surprised that an hour after I’d fallen asleep the tv turned off. I thought it was a mistake. So because the remote only works 2 feet in front of the tv I got of bed to turn it back on. Up and down all night! In the morning I got to see a warning telling me to hit “any” button to prevent it turning off but I hit every button and it stilled turned off. In addition to an entire night of up and down it was broken up by racing motorcycles going up and down. I called to complain I was told it was a LAPD motorcycle training facility. I don’t think so these were “ninja Styles” racing not some motorcycle going to and from . The large amount of truck traffic surprised me but it was during the day. Not Happy!

This motel ia in an excellent location aa there is easy access to the freeways nearby and the mission. It seems as if the interior has been renovated with more modern décor. There are some things that are lacking though. There should be some kind of a hook in the bathroom so that one can hang a bathrobe or other clothes. There isn't a shelf to set towels when in the shower. No Kleenex. The free breakfast was coffee, juice and small muffins or pastries. We could hear the conversations of the people in the adjoining room late at night and very early the next morning.

The beds were very comfortable. I used ear plugs being so close to the 405. But slept very well. The room was cleaned daily. We were there for one week. Would go back if we're in the area again.Coffee and danish in the morning was a treat.
