This hotel/motel was ok for what we paid Location good for buses/metro to get to downtown easily enough Rooms were a little dated but big and clean and comfy beds with free wifi Area was a little sketchy due to a lot of homeless people but they didn't bother us and you would have the same outside of the Hilton...

The low price, the motel sign and the neighbourhood initially put be off but the standard you experience is excellent. The Travel Inn is in a good location near the MacArthur Park metro station, the room was big with good TV, comfortable beds, good wifi and good air con and the manager was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to solo...

I have very little to complain about my experience here at travel Inn, westwood. Despite some of the negative reviews, on arrival I was expected a bad nightmare awful motel. But I was pleasantly surprised to find a really nice motel with large, clean rooms, and modern amenities in a good location of L.A. All the negative reviews seemed unjustified...

People have said bad things about this motel and I found it to be unfair. This is just an older motel, but the staff was very pleasant, calling a cab for me etc and the room was clean and spacious, with no odors and a newly laid wood floor which is much preferable to a carpet. The light rail is...

As far as LA motel standards go, this is one of the best I've visited in last 8 years in LA. Great, friendly manager, real good free WiFi (few access points, just ask for the better one - he'll give you secret code), towels changed everyday, sheets changed mid-week (RARE for a motel!), clean bathroom with shower, AC, cable TV,...

First, it says "No prostitution" on the registration card. Second, The room smelled bad, the carpet was dirty and we had a dirty bathroom. Oh, I almost forgot, we heard at least 4 gun shots pretty close to the hotel. Need more? I suggest you choose another place to stay. We stayed 1 night there and I was happy to...

I stayed here 2 nights with my friend after spending a couple of days in Buena Park, and Las Vegas. We were assigned a handicap room since my friend is an amputee, and the room had a king size bed. This is definitely a no frills motel, and it really shows. It lacks charm, but we were looking for a...

I arrived in LA late at night, i was warned by my driver that night (and every other driver i had during my trip) how dangerous the area that my motel was in. If your soft don't walk around at night. Luckily i used uber to get around and had no problems. The place is super basic. You get what...

The hotel is cheap and neat. Wifi is not too strong. The hotel does not have breakfast facility nor water provision. However the location is very near to Staples and downtown. It is also near to the Santa Monica blvd which would direct you to the pier.
