This hotel is in a great location! Very cute. When I Checked into my room, the AC wasn’t working and Brian at the front desk immediately fixed the situation. Great customer service. The restaurant is very cute as well.
The hotel is conveniently located and has a very nice cafe in the front, which serves breakfast and also offers fresh lunch and dinner options. They offer valet parking for 25$ a day but you can park outside the hotel and pay hourly
My husband and I stayed here in June of 22. The hotel staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was private grade parking, which was a plus. The room was adorable. The fact that there was no closet was not an issue, they had lots of hooks to hang our clothes on. The restaurant opened the day after we left. The only issue was we could not control the temperature. We had to call every night (sometimes at 2 am) to have the temperature adjusted. The staff was understanding, but it was a drag.
Overall, it is a super cool hotel. But when you’re made to feel like an inconvenience by the staff, it definitely tarnishes the experience. I love the location (the restaurant onsite is fabulous) but don’t expect friendly or welcoming staff. Don’t ask any questions or favors either
Had a great stay at the Pali Hotel. The staff was Top Shelf. Brian and Rosalyn where very welcoming and warm. The Restaurant/Cafe had some premium Java that I purchased every morning. Worth every cent. The Hotel has great design with the Art furniture and the cement floors in the lobby. My Room had a Terrace and had an old school Hollywood Feel, with an Eclectic Vibe. Slept very well. Not to mention it's right in the mix on Melrose Ave. Special shout out to Brian-Great Meeting You! This is an Exceptional Place and will be back.
This hotel was really beautiful and cute with a fun restaurant. Service was great everybody was friendly. However room had a really intense odor that smelled like a dying animal (opening the door or window didn’t help). On-site restaurant was cute but it has tables that go through an open air the hallway where guest rooms windows are. If you are an early riser this will not be a problem for you. If you wanna sleep in past eight, forget about it. If anyone dines here while you are in your room it sounds like you’re in the heart of the restaurant. There was a party of eight having a obnoxious Sunday brunch right outside my window as I was trying to sleep in before a big drive, you can imagine how frustrating that was.
Brian was amazing! I was having some issues late at night, so I came downstairs to the front desk, and Brian went the extra mile to help me out! He was very patient and made sure the issue was fixed before I went back up to my room.
Love the Palihotel. They really know how to make it beautiful, comfortable and friendly. Always great locations too! Thank you for being kid friendly too! I would just ask for more vegan options at your restaurant please. Also the staff was amazing! The restaurant staff, the room service and front desk Maria! She was great at remembering something I needed in the room that the other front desk staff failed to deliver. Thank you for your hospitality! I will be back!
hotel is good. people are great. Maria is so warm and hardworking. she was quick to get me into my room and accommodate what I need. would come back again just for her service! Jorge is great as well in the restaurant downstairs which serves all kind of food all through the day.
Good hotel in great position for visiting Universal studios e walk of fame. Friendly staff e room clear and confortable. It’s expensive but in L.A. Is normal for this type of hotel. Parking is better and not more expensive
