I love this hotel so much, and will no doubt be where I’m staying when I visit L.A. again, or any of their other locations. Absolutely fantastic room, super comfortable, amazing snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, wonderful and welcoming staff to say the least. Highly

The staff was fabulous all the way. Attentive, easy-going, caring, but not overwhelming. I arrived after a very long transatlantic flight and they were just superb. The room was amazing, the bed comfortable, the toiletries smell great. I’ll definitely be back.

Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant. They do not use a top sheet so we were sleeping with a quilt that may or may not have been washed between guests. Room was poorly lit. We had a room with a patio doors. It was nice to open the door

Hi suef140, Thank you for your honest feedback! It’s clear our hotel was not up to your standards. Our rooms have a very personalized touch and we understand that it is not for everyone. However, we sincerely appreciate the positive comments regarding the staff! The Tuch Tablet allows for easy messaging to the front desk so that your room temperature is just right! You can even write little messages that allow you to request a desired temperature. I do understand we missed the mark on this but I will look into this personally on your next visit. Please reach out to me directly and I would be happy to make the accommodations for you with an excellent rate and a special room! Best, Aiden Cronus | Housemaster Aiden@pali-hotel.com

The hotel is very nice. Good location, great staff, nice rooms and unique design. The problem is the rooms have thin walls. You can hear everything in the next room. My room was also on the ground floor with the windows on the street - very noisy all the time. Ear plugs solved

Hi orenwacht, Thank you for your honest review of Palihotel Melrose. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of Melrose Avenue, which can understandably get a little loud. We have quieter rooms that face away from the street and offer terraces, allowing you to enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you overlook the neighborhood. Please reach out directly to me for your next visit and I will personally take good care of you, Oren! We thank you for your continued loyalty to Palihotel. Aiden Cronus | Housemaster

The Palihotel on Melrose was a fantastic little hotel for a recent few days in WeHo. With parking underneath, check in was easy. With only two levels, the stairs are as easy as the lift with luggage. The rooms are dark and moody with some great design elements and quirky
