We were in LA to celebrate my husband's birthday and go see the van Gogh experience. The Palihotel went above & beyond to make our stay amazing. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go.

Had a couple issues but the hotel staff was very prompt in resolving and explaining the issues. Very responsive and friendly. Would stay again. Hotel lobby and rooms are quite small but did the job for my work trip. Although it is small there are a couple nice little terraces in the halls on the second floor and a cute garden on the first floor.

My wife and I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. For a couple that spent their time in LA shopping we loved the proximity to the Grove and other shops. The hotel has a cool vibe and unique decor. Parking was a little weird, would’ve liked it included as well as a more direct access point to our car. You can see into other rooms which is kind of weird. All in all a good spot.

Loved the location and the hotel. Great style. Perfect for us. Great drinks and so close to where we wanted to go. Wish we could have stayed longer. Walking distance to the Grove and Farmers market. !!!

My AC did not work, and no one did anything about it until the third night. You can't control your room's temperature but, instead, must go through a tablet (that doesn't seem to connect to anything). I told the front desk about my plight multiple times each day, but they seemed bullied and didn't do anything about it. Finally, I called the manager and had to spend part of the day changing rooms according to his schedule. I wasted far too much of my vacation dealing with the problem – and sweltering in my room. This said, the staff is friendly and the hotel itself is charming.

While we're constantly improving our product for our guests we take feedback like yours to heart and make our changes accordingly to best satisfy our guests. We did experience some AC problems that were fixed as fast as possible. I do understand this is not something you wanted to deal with during your stay, I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and hope you still give us an opportunity to make it better if you come back to the area. Please feel free to contact me to further discuss this matter.
