The Palihotel on Melrose was a fantastic little hotel for a recent few days in WeHo. With parking underneath, check in was easy. With only two levels, the stairs are as easy as the lift with luggage. The rooms are dark and moody with some great design elements and quirky

The staff was fabulous all the way. Attentive, easy-going, caring, but not overwhelming. I arrived after a very long transatlantic flight and they were just superb. The room was amazing, the bed comfortable, the toiletries smell great. I’ll definitely be back.

The lighting was amazing, the downstairs restaurant is definitely a hip scene with a tree growing through the middle of the courtyard. Everyone was very friendly. I couldn't find the Nespresso in the room so the barista make sure we had free espresso drinks. The rooms are small,

It is telling that the moment you walk into the Palihotel Melrose you feel the nice vibe of the place. A well lit lobby with comfortable sofas, an inviting restaurant, an almost-hidden bar; all manned by pleasant and smiling young staffers. The rooms are intentionally "quirked

Can't understand all the glowing reviews of this place. I stayed in a two-twin room with a girl friend and was shocked at the dark, musty, cave-like ambiance. The building clearly used to be something else and was renovated into a "boutique hotel" using cheap fixtures to achieve

Dear Netnat, Thank you for your honest feedback. It’s clear our boutique hotel was not up to your standards. We have Queen Rooms situated upstairs that have terraces, providing guests with extra sunlight. All of our rooms have state-of-the-art tablets which guests can request room service right up to their room, late check-outs and the ability to easily change your room temperature. Perhaps our sister property, Palihouse West Hollywood, located a mile away, would be more closely aligned with your standards as they offer spacious rooms, kitchenettes & views of the city. Please reach out to me directly and I’ll happily furnish a special rate for you. We hope you’ll give us a second chance! Warmest regards, Aiden Cronus | Housemaster

Does the hotel have a lift (elevator) and accessible showers? Thank you.
They do have a lift. Not sure what you mean by accessible, it is a shower/tub.
