Lovely spacious rooms, great bathroom, very clean. Staff on the desk in the lobby are brilliant. Location is great for really seeing the heart of LA, right on the walk of fame. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. 10/10!!

Just needed a refrigerator in our room. Other than that every thing was perfect. Didn’t drink their $11 FIGI water that was in our room. Most everything was walking distance. Eating & entertainment and they even scheduled our tour for us 👏🏼

The greeter Eric was super and Rickey at the bell stand was amazing. The front desk staff very friendly and professional. The bed was super comfortable and room service was on point with the cleaning of my suite. The hotel pool ambiance was very relaxing and chilled. The hotel breakfast buffet was very good and the lady cooking the omelettes and waffles was super nice. Overall great stay.

I really liked this Hotel. In order to be perfect they should change some doors in the room, because they are old. the only thing that disapoint me was to pay mandatory the Resort Fee once i wouldn't use any of those facilities and I had to pay for that. If it's mandatory, why don't you include that already on the price of the daily hotel?

This hotel is located in the heart of Hollywood, which surprisingly is not a very nice part of town. The hotel is clean but the furniture in my room was old and beat-up. There was no refrigerator in my room but others in my party had them in their rooms. If you come as a group, heads-up, you are not entitled to the same perks individual guest are given.

Check in at this hotel is at 4 pm, which is already a late time to check in after traveling. Upon arrival at the Loews Hollywood at 4 pm my son and I were told that our room was unavailable. When I asked the front desk person when the room will be available they replied that they couldn't give me an estimate, so we decided to go explorer the area rather than wait in the hotel lobby. The front desk person informed me that they would call my cell phone when our room was ready. Long story short, they never called. I called them several times and the room wasn't available until 6 pm. When I informed the front desk person that this was unacceptable, they didn't apologize instead they replied with "that's why you shouldn't travel on Memorial Day weekend." Absolutely unacceptable. $400 per night to stay in a mediocre room from 6pm until 11 am the next morning is absolutely absurd. I will never stay at this Loews or any other Loews hotel ever again…
