Superb location, walking distance to most Hollywood sites including the Hollywood bowl and Boulevard. View over the city from our room was lovely too. Pool area was nice but overcrowded. Also people using cigars in the no smoking pool area meant we didn’t feel to stay there for long.
Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful! The location is fantastic for parking and walking to the Hollywood Bowl. The room was really large, clean, and pretty comfortable, with a great view. I had to take a work video call during my stay and the Wi-Fi and desk set-up was perfect for it.
This is an excellent hotel with warm, friendly and efficient staff- especially in the lobby bar. It's 5 minutes from the Chinese Theatre and very central. Also very close to bus tours of Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Definitely worth a visit
We had an incredible stay at Loews Hollywood. We were in an unbeatable location, just behind the Chinese Theater! We felt very safe here and the rooms were clean and spacious. The team at this hotel is incredible, especially Andy at the front desk who was so kind and welcoming to our family. Lilly at Preston’s was the best server ever and even remembered me from my trip over a year ago! The service here is unmatched and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.
Accommodation ok. I was subsequently charged for the minibar, although I credibly assured that I did not use it. No communication possible to sort this out. I do not recommend this accommodation at all. I will choose another accommodation next time. Does Loews need something like that???
If you are looking for a 5 star stay with 5 star service. Loews is for you. The staff was very professional. The property is gorgeous. It neutrally located near everything. I will look for a Loews in every city.
This was my 3rd visit with my family to the Lowes Hollywood, first post Covid. The hotel itself is a decent venue and located close to Hollywood Blvd. While the local roads are really busy it’s central location is great for anyone wanting a great base to experience what LA has to offer and coastal beach areas as well as Beverly Hills. All main attractions are close by. The hotel is a little tired around the edges but generally a nice place to be with a good vibe. The staff are great. Janice (duty manager) and James (bar manager) are very good and worthy of particular note of great customer service. The parking underneath is accessible and easy, $20 max per day charge. The hotel charges a resort fee of $25 but allows you a $20 credit per room per day on hotel drinks and food. The issue here is no one wants to miss out on the credit meaning the coffee shop is overcrowded and painfully slow. This needs a rethink as you lose either 30 mins or forfeit the daily credit. Seems illogical. We enjoyed our stay at the Lowes and would recommend it to others. Overall it’s good but with a few minor tweaks could be excellent.…
My partner booked this hotel without doing much research in to it/the area and we struck lucky. It's in an amazing location (Hollywood sign can be seen from just outside the hotel) and a stones throw from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and the Dolby Theatre. Staff were friendly and approachable. Hotel has a lovely stylish interior which is mirrored in the rooms. Rooms are spacious and modern. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you!
Very nice atmosphere. ALL of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant from the beginning to the end of our stay. Aside from having sheets on one of the beds replaced. I would definitely return.
Everythng went fine. But the service in room of the frigobar (locked for 6 days without reason) and then, they charged me things i didn't consume 5 days after i leave the hotel. Personal Security of the data? Fine, Thanks.
