Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.

My financ'e stayed here on May 27 2019 for one night. The first thing I noticed was the location. I noticed a lot of homeless people around the area. We were forced to pay for parking without an alternative considering the area. Check in was fine and the staff friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and accommodating but we did have a nice view of the alcoholics anonymous in a run down shopping complex next to the hotel. The sleeping was a bit noisy (the constant sirens) considering the amount we paid for the hotel. The breakfast was classic Hampton Inn fashion. The hotel is wonderful, the location is not so good, parking is expensive but it is close to shopping and Hollywood Blvd. I would look at other hotels around Los Angeles before reserving this one.

We stayed in a twin queen bed room with our 10 year old son. Lots of room to move & the furnishings looked new, clean & modern. Beds were super comfy & shower pressure was great! Breakfast was very good (including fresh waffles you could make). No gluten or lactose free breakfast options but I brought my own food & milk which was all good with the hotel. Staff were very friendly & always assisted politely. The location of the hotel was good but we ended up taking Uber’s most places as there are a lot of homeless people in Hollywood & in the area of this hotel. I would very much recommend this hotel to families travelling to Hollywood.

Area around hotel be prepared for a lot of homelessness. Walls are extremely thin for you can hear everything I mean everything ( the man next door we heard him snoring all night) also police helicopter didn’t help by circulating the area on our last night. Homeless man tried to get in our car as valet attendant and I fought him off!! No bueno

Review collected in partnership with Hampton
The hotel is clean, modern and our room was nicely decorated. The hotel provided a nightlight in the bathroom which is a plus! Nice breakfast options too. The hotel is a short walk to the Cinespia outdoor movie at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. It was nice not having the parking hassle to see the movie.

In general service from the valet to the housekeeping staff, was great! What caught my attention was today we went down for breakfast. I am on a Keto diet so very low carbs, medium protein and high fat. When I looked the hot breakfast was a bagel or English muffin with egg and cheese It was impossible to deconstruct it to get at the eggs. The other hot item was potatoes 😢. I asked if there were eggs and was told not today. I mentioned that as all the items were carbs, there was nothing to eat. I went to the restroom and when I came back, Adrianna had cooked 3 Denver omelettes and brought them to my table 🤗❤️💕. She took it upon herself to fix me something I could eat. Wow! That is the kind of service we only dream of! I immediately went to the kitchen and gave her a huge hug and told her how she made my day! She deserves a bonus by Hampton!!
