The first day, I left my room at 7:30 am and I put them to clean my room. When I returned to the hotel at 4:30 pm, I realized that they had not done the cleaning, I went down to the reception I told him that I was going to take a bath and then that in an hour they tell the cleaning people to do the room and he told me that the cleaners leave at 5pm. and the very rude manager told me there are 3 options: 1- let them do the cleaning right now (but I had to take a shower and change to go back to the hotel), 2- let them do the cleaning tomorrow and just bring towels and 3- now do it fast. In the end, she told me that at 5 pm they could wait for me. but it is incredible how a hotel of this category takes so long to clean and that they have people who treat the client badly.
As my partner and I approached the sleek, modern hotel ideally located in Beverly Hills, I was excited to go inside. Easy entrance and available valet parking, made the first step simple. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. All staff looked professional and dressed in consistent uniforms. The room on the seventh floor was elegant, without being snobby. Simple, yet of the highest quality. Fresh, bright, and clean. A beautiful balcony overlooked the lush environs. Windows were soundproofed. The Dec was luxe, and the bathroom boasted black and white tile, and marble. The shower was ample. We had a drink at the sleek bar and served by a white coated bar man. Nice touch. In fact, amongst the modern art, the classic Italian fashion and design sense was evident. Breakfast was in a peaceful setting, again in a well designed venue. We were treated with a smile and quickly seated. My Venetian frittata was perfect. …
Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. All of the Staff was very friendly and personable; kudos to the Director, Alana, F&B Director, Carol and Nils at the Front Desk. Also, the IRD runner that delivered my meal. (Sorry, didn't get his name). I had in-room-dining twice during my stay and both times, the food was delivered under 30 mins (which is perfect if you are hungry or short on time.) Food was delivered on a tray and on real silverware and plates - not to-go containers. The food quality was phenomenal and I like how the food came from the restaurant and not a IRD kitchen. I felt that the price point was reasonable; considering it's IRD. Many places have increased but I find the price point acceptable. My favorites were the Tuna Tartare, corn-avo-cucumber salad and LOVED the frittata (the veggies weren't the basics; it had quality mushrooms, asparagus, some other elevated veggie). It was extremely flavorful! For their bakery basket, I believe it is made-in-house. It was fresh and fluffy. Rooms are well appointed and there are dual vanity sinks. I love the sliding doors that bring in natural lighting. The balcony is spacious with really lovely patio furniture. Wish I had more time to enjoy the balcony! It was easy in and out access to Beverly Hills as they are a bit off of the Triangle. I like how once you drive off from the hotel that you are not hitting major traffic; which can always give people panic attacks. The stay was memorable and if you have a chance, visit the top floor - the Starlight ballroom! It's a treat and possibly the best in 90210 - you get a 360 view of the city! Thank you Alana for the tour!…
just experienced a Wonderful stay at Mr.C. In Beverly Hills. Staff was very accommodating. Our room was wonderful and exceptionally clean. The food was great as well! Will definitely return for another visit very soon.
This hotel goes above and beyond with customer service. I have stayed at this hotel numerous time and will continue to come back each trip. The staff is very accommodating and makes the hotel feel like home.
Just went on a mini girls trip with my mom and sister to Mr. C in Beverly Hills. The hotel was fabulous! Clean, great service and we had a nice charcuterie board and wine sent to our room. Will definitely be coming back again! Thanks to all of the great staff at Mr. C!
Overall, it was ag ood stay with a great view in a great location, iand the hotel definitely has a distictive charm, but the reduced restaurant hours were an inconvenience. Due to its reduced schedule, and unpredictability due to work obligations, it was impossible to either have breakfast or lunch there. Restaurant should serve breakfats until 11 AM, and lunch until 5 PM, restaurant should only be closed one hour to prepare for the next meal. One of the advantages of traveling in the USA is the availability to eat whenever you need to, this felt more like a European experience in that respect, and not in a good way.
The staff was very friendly but not thorough in following through on requests. It took over an hour for my room to be “inspected” when checking in at 3 and not getting in room until 4, with a AMEX request of an early check in. My room’s rug was not secure allowing for constant tripping over it, the drapes were not secured in certain areas not allowing for full closure. Water was requested and told it would arrive and it never did. 4 requests were made for welcome drink and when checking out I was emailed another guests bill. I requested my car at 10:30 and it was not retrieved until 11:20 after repeated requests for an update while watching others receive their cars
Booked upper floor room and views of LA Country Club were phenomenal! Nils at the front desk and Jose with Valet services were on point. Seems like the new hotel owners are starting to update everything which is great. Rooms always clean with housekeeping paying close attention to details. Lobby bar is a great place to sit and relax with staff always pleasant. Overall a great experience from arrival to departure. I highly recommend oh and did I say this place is easy to find and you get in and out very quick unlike most places in Beverly Hills.
I recently stayed at Mr. C’s for business. I found the Atmosphere upon arrival to be very welcoming. The hotel layout is easy to navigate and the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed on the property for dinner and drinks both were great. My room had a great view of the city and was very clean. Morning room service had a limited menu, but just what I wanted, I will definitely return to this property.
