Booked the hotel as it was advertised as a 5 star hotel on booking called Mr C ,, 2 days before arrival hotel changed to Cameo Hills and became a 4 star hotel. We had 4 rooms booked during our stay Hotel looks like a motel not worth the money at all Beware from this scam!!!! Service was really bad Rooms were old and worn out and in need of an immediate face lift hair and dust all over the rooms No refrigerator in rooms Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms properly Everything seemed shady since they changed from Mr C to Cameo no branding whatsoever on the rooms or hotel Empty plastic water bottle in rooms with no logo and they removed the branding and expect you to drink it. Our guests staying with us got allergies from Poor hygiene in rooms and dust, hallways are all dusty worn out. All Front desk staff are unhelpful and rude and never cared to do anything about our comments.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed here for a wedding in Beverly Hills and didn’t expect a memorable experience from a hotel. It started with the friendly valet crew. Jairo and his guys are on it when you drive up. (Next day I jokingly asked if he ever slept because I see him smiling every time we needed our car). As we strolled into the lobby, fragrance of the beautiful white Casablanca lilies greeted us. Then when we checked in, Robin with his friendly British accent and smile greeted us and communicated in detail of the services provided, with us not expecting anything until we saw our room! The spotless simplicity of an elegant boutique decor of our clean room combined with the view (of the mountain) from the balcony took our breath away! Did I mentioned the bed were very comfortable with fluffy pillows too! The location was excellent-near everything yet in a quiet area. Edugie and Jared greeted us with such joy every time we needed anything. Happy Sam in the restaurant recommended the continental breakfast since we will be having a progressive food tour after this meal in town. (which we were pleasantly glad we did) the fresh healthy fruits and the fresh baked pastries with our delicious cappuccino were as perfectly prepared as can be. Croissants were crispy on the outside and buttery inside. We were so happy with the amazing services we had to thank the manager! Turns out Mgr John was funny, very friendly and loves his staff. No wonder they took such good care of us! Staff are happy…Hubby and I traveled a lot for pleasure and .not often we find this kind of attitude from employees who showed such passion and care for their guests. We are grateful to have found this hidden gem and to have such an amazing experience! Wish we could stayed longer but we will be back again. With love from Oregon! 💕🌲

Fantastic staycation at Mr. C Beverly Hills! My wife and I decided to try out a new hotel for a weekend getaway and Mr. C exceeded all our expectations. Although the hotel was within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants in Beverly Hills, the property itself felt secluded from the busy streets. The staff was attentive and kind. Our room had a great view of downtown and was spacious; the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, five star experience and will definitely be staying here again for our next weekend trip.

I spent 2 relaxing days visiting my son in LA. Traveling solo I wanted something a bit out of the ordinary and Mr Cs fit the bill perfectly. Elegant appointments in the common areas, attentive staff, excellent food and drink. I enjoyed the privacy of the pool. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large sitting area and a patio, though when I return I will book a higher floor for the view. Some of the room furnishings are showing wear and the huge screen TV needs streaming options, but everything was clean and well appointed. The staff was marvelous from the front desk to the bar to the car park.

The epitome of contemporary luxury with a touch of Old Hollywood glamour. From the moment I arrived at the Mr. C Beverly Hills until my departure the staff could not have been more friendly, engaging, and hospitable. The rooms are quite large by LA standards, and having a furnished balcony to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather and Beverly Hills views was a real treat. What makes this hotel so special is the location, location, location. Everything is close by yet being in a quiet residential neighborhood you feel far removed from the noise and traffic of most Beverly Hills hotels. Food was amazing as was the pool and bar. Would highly recommend staying here.

Mr. C Beverly Hill's was a great experience. The property has a nice historic layout and the skyline is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar, the pool service was so attentive and fast. The rooms are roomy and very very clean. The pillows are super soft and the mattress is great, we had to call and ask the brand LOL. The bar in the main lobby has great drinks and atmosphere and the front desk staff were all nice. We also sat in the lobby with our drinks and played the grand piano. We had a Beverly Hills view king room and we faced the Hollywood sign in the distance. Must stay here at least once.
