I checked in and out in the space of 30'. Someone followed me to my room and stood by my door knocking and whispering obscenities. It was terrifying and the hotel staff didn't seem to bothered about it. Don't know if i was particularly unlucky or what, but I cannot feel like i can recommend this place to female solo...

Our child moved to Eagle Rock 16 months ago. We are lucky that there is such a comfortable hotel so close to her. We've stayed three times and I have only two complaints. First, there is no elevator. It's only two stories but after having a stroke, I can't make it up those stairs to the second floor. Second, the...

If you are looking for a place to stay near L.A. that is nice, this is not a place you should stay. The room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room, there were rats in the parking lot, and bars on the windows. Would not recommend especially if you have children.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Arrived by car. Free parking to hotel guests. Super clean and big from the inside. No elevators so if on the second floor with a lot of luggage it's not so comfortable. Big fridge, refill on water and coffee capsules each day. No sink/mirror in the bathroom. Overall was very surprised because the outside of...

The reviews are very misleading for this motel. We were trying to find something outside of LA and decided to try this based on great reviews. The reviews are misleading! We arrived about 9pm only to find a few rats running around the parking lot beside the building. Then we noticed the bars on the windows and the night window....

When we first arrived we were a little hesitant to stay because it looks outdated and such but we were so glad we did! The room is spacious with cool air conditioning, VERY clean, free bottles of water in the room, the bed is extremely comfortable, etc. No negatives whatsoever. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in LA....

We were very satisfied with our room and hotel. Every morning was cleaned, added new bottles of water, free parking, big clean room, comfortable mattress, great wifi. I fully recommend this hotel. Nieghborhood is great, clean, safe, around are couple of restaurants, bistros, big supermarket. Glendale is great :)

My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend based on the reviews on tripadvisor. We checked in around 6 pm. When we entered the room (303) I noticed a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke but we stayed the night anyway. The room was nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. The next day I asked the...

Booked for going to Universal Studios. Location is close to freeway about 15 mins to Universal. Very convenient. As many point out, outside is opposite of the interior. Rooms are contemporary and updated unlike the exterior. And yes, parking within the complex is limited but there is street parking. I am picky about comfort but the beds and pillows are...
