I stayed here for 3 nights while attending to events/activities around LAX. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to LAX with a free shuttle running continuously 24 hours a day. There are great views of the runways at LAX from most rooms and especially from the rooftop patio. A definite plus for aviation enthusiasts such as me. My room was nice and typical of a 4 star chain hotel. The main shortcomings were in the service. Check-in was slow and a bit disorganized. I ordered room service breakfast which was delivered in a paper bag with plastic utensils. I expected more given the usual room service fees were charged. I asked for housekeeping one morning and was told I had to ask 24 hours prior. This must have been my mistake, but a hotel that claims to be 4 stars should be able to provide housekeeping on demand if not daily. When I checked out, I was not given my daily Gold Member food/beverage credit. I called and this was fixed but it was a call I shouldn’t have had to make. Overall, this hotel is fine and I would stay here again. I just expected more.

This hotel is a short Uber ride from the airport. Very clean with Security being a virtue. Breakfast is avail. in the restaurant starting at 7 a.m. The pool closes rather early. No hot tub but beautiful property which is extremely quiet on the interior and lots of space for social distancing. Convenience items sold to the right of check-in. Not the cheapest but far from being the most expensive and the experience adds value.

We used the online checkin to choose a room and get our room key. The online key worked fine getting into the parking deck. We stopped by the front desk to get the parking tag and headed to our room but our online key would not work on the door. Had to go back down to get keys. By checking in online we had no idea that we had to request to have our room cleaned. Once in the room it was overall a nice room with high ceilings, blackout curtains and a spacious bathroom. We were on the 10th floor. There were lots of hairs on the bathroom floor and near the shower and we had no bath mat, one washcloth and 2 bath towels (super small compared to most other hotels). When we went down we told front desk about the issues in bathroom and asked for more towels. They said someone would bring towels and come clean but that never happened. My husband called down and they sent the towels up. We purchased dinner from Subway in the building and went to the top deck to eat. It does not look like the pictures. Just a bunch of random tables (that need to be wiped off) and chairs sitting around. It was a nice place to watch the planes come in and enjoy the weather. Upon leaving the next morning we talked to the housekeeper on our floor and she informed us we needed to tell front desk that room needed cleaned even though the light in our room was green indicating it needed service. We let the front desk know our bathroom was never cleaned and that we needed to get on the list. Upon returning the room had been cleaned however we now only had two towels again...we tried calling down just to be automatically put on hold and then hung up on at least 3 times...finally got through about towels and said they'd send right up...never did. My husband went down to get our towels and let Manager know that for a Hilton we were disappointed in the quality of service - his response was I will talk to the staff. Other cons: the A/C system cuts off in the middle of the night when there is no movement, upon arrival had a hole in our duvet, pillows are very hard feather pillows that flattened out with use, A/C vent full of dust, bright lights in bathroom at night - it's every light on or none. Pros: bathroom was large, convenient to airport, did not hear noise in hall or from other rooms, nice large tv. There is a lot going on in the hotel building as there is a very busy Car rental/airport shuttle office right beside the front entrance to hotel, there is also a Subway, and a coffee shop. Very small pool area sits right on the street. The common areas (halls/elevators) just did not seem as clean as the typical Hilton.

This so called hotel is actually a few rooms inside a block that contains other hotel names that appear to have identical rooms but are half the price. There is no separate area , you are just in with all the other names. Its a downmarket cheap motel vibe, except that it isnt cheap. The corridors are scruffy and dirty. The rooms standard dog brown hotel rooms. The reception person was eating poraro chips all the while we went through the check in process. They give you a cheap nespresso machine that you could actually buy with the difference in price from the room next door but two milks if you are lucky. You wont find the shuttle bus because it has Joes Parking on the side. Something that may take you a while to discover but which is exactly the level of class this dump has. Dreadful, avoid absolutely.

Many hotels are close to LAX. This one was super in all respects. Helpful staff, spotlessly clean, easy and efficient, quiet rooms, a fun and clued up vibe. There is a quick coffee shop and a full restaurant both very good. The shuttle ran with quick turnaround times. We will stay there again.

I chose the hotel because it’s near LAX airport. Next day, I was going to trip to Japan. But I wanted to stay longer. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Definitely I will stay the hotel again!

The room was well appointed. In still pandemic mode, food was available from the bar/restaurant it was just ok. It was hard to figure out the parking. If you have to stay near the airport it was ok. It was nard to navigate from the parking garage to the hotel entrance.

We checked out below at the Homewood Suites which was great and then moved upstairs to the H - part of the same building but a totallyu seperate hotel. We needed a room until about 10pm because we needed to fly back to Australia and I found this was available through Dayuse. We couldnt be happier with our choice. The room was modern and clean and finished at a very high standard. We felt like this was luxury and we had lots of room and a bed that was framed by beautiful lamps and fittings. We didnt want to leave. The view was good although the construction site was directly in front - we were high enough to see LA and trhe planes landing. We didnt sleep in the bed as we had to leave - but it was well worth the money to stay here.

As an airport hotel, the H hotel is by far, the biggest bang for your buck if you're transitioning between flights at LAX. We stayed two nights and have nothing to say except good things about this property. Reception is courteous and efficient, the rooms are spacious and open, the beds are comfortable and big, and the restaurant and bar are both convenient and inexpensive. The bartender recommended a Mexican restaurant when I asked about the closest one, and Casa Camino fit the bill...excellent. We didn't have high expectations after having our computer stolen out of our room at the Hyatt Regency next door, but the H Hotel exceeded our expectations. The elevators are high tech with no buttons inside for rooms, only a computer screen outside showing which elevator to use for our room, and housekeeping kept our coffee capsules filled for in-room use. I've stayed at many of the hotels on Century Blvd, and I think I've finally found a place I can use as a transitioning hotel. Kudos to staff and the owners of the H hotel.

Good / modern hotel with partly large rooms / suites, not cheap but moderate if compared with downtown LA hotels. Too short restaurant opening hours, both at night and for breakfast. Partly lack of staff services (no bell man) and partly lack of staff professionalism. Some organizational shortcomings.
