We stayed for our anniversary and had a beautiful Loft room- very modern, clean. Only problem is that is smelled like disinfectant aan the room was so over tech-ed, we couldn't figure out any of the electronics. It was hard to turn on one light to get up in the evening without illuminating the whole Room. We had housekeeping bring... More

This is my favorite hotel in LA. In fact you hardly feel you are in LA: the hotel consists of a series of rooms connected by walkways through lush gardens and beautiful vegetation. There is a two-level garden for strolling and sitting, a heated pool to swim in, and the rooms themselves are all differently decorated. Ours was perfect: it... More

From the arrival, to the stunning room, to the healthy and delicious breakfast, to the wonderful amenities; this hotel is absolutely wonderful. The service is impeccable, "no" is literally not an option here, they do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I really can't recommend this boutique hotel enough, a true class of its own.

This is such a unique place to stay. There are many different types of rooms to choose from and frankly they are so beautiful it is hard to say which to pick. While the hotel has a quietly relaxed vibe the service and quality of everything is anything but. Everything from check in to valet to the wait staff is... More

This really is an exquisite property; it almost manages to transport you back to the golden age of Hollywood and I certainly didn't feel I was in contemporary LA. The suite (Bel Air suite with patio) was spacious and well-appointed, with a large sitting room and small terrace. The service was top notch, without being intrusive and all the staff... More

What an incredible place. We had a canyon suite. We travel well and have stayed in some of the finest hotels on earth and even with that - this might have been the finest room we have ever stayed in. When you are paying this much for a room - it is nice when the finish is so high that... More

The thing I love about this hotel is that the hectic nature of LA seems to disappear the instant you enter the grounds. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating, the rooms are beautiful and the grounds are amazing. We take the kids there after skiing and I think it is their favourite part of the holiday. The staff and... More

They do everything right...everything. Although I have stayed here in the past and their rooms and suites are AMAZING...on this particular visit, I was there for dinner and the New Years celebration. It was perfect for us. We had one of the BEST new years celebrations here. I will keep coming again, and again...this place is LUXURY.

Assuming money is not an issue...yes, this place is great. Service is great...accommodations are great...amenities are great. You feel like your staying at an exclusive/private club...and I suppose you kind of are. I understand movies are made based on availability at this hotel. I totally get that too...you feel pretty darn special staying here, but that feeling ain't free (not... More

The hotel is in the ultra exclusive neighborhood of Bel Air, and has the feel of a friend’s mansion due to its several southern Mediterranean buildings in the middle of some of the most landscaped gardens you’ll find in the city. I stayed twice, first end December and then in mid January. Service is stellar, highly personalized; Yndira the concierge... More
