We stayed for 2 nights, on our recent 4 night trip to LA. I had some rewards points to use from recent stays at JW Marriott Bangalore (which is surprisingly a FAR superior hotel to this one). I emailed weeks before to advise that we...More
The JW is in a great location right at the Staples Center and LA Live. There are good restaurant options steps from the hotel.
The room we had was big enough and the beds were comfortable. The TV does not have a ton of channels,...More

Stayed for a business conference. Service was excellent. There are many choices for drinks and dining. Beautiful, open lobby and many outdoor spaces available. Close to restaurants. Conference facilities are just ok. They had a lot of trouble with the audio the entire time.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
