Very nice stay when you need to stay in Westwood area. Highly recommended. It is close to all the shopping you need and the room has every thing set up. The yard is also very very cute and architecture is unique and it certainly give you that vacation feeling, although in the middle of the city.

We loved this hotel during a previous stay. I booked a room that sleeps three on July 22 for July 26. The website does not indicate what the sleeping arrangements are other than the king size bed. I phoned the desk around 6:30 pm and asked the person about the arrangements and he didn't know and was refused to find out, which I find hard to believe I persisted and he hung up the phone. So I canceled. I'm very disappointed

I am disappointing to hear that you cancelled your reservation due to a customer service issue. This is certainly unacceptable. Although we are unable to guarantee you a specific room layout, since each room is unique, we can certainly add requests for twin and queen size sofa-beds in addition to your queen and king size bed in the room. I sincerely apologize that the gentleman did not give you clear information. Please do reach out to me directly if you choose to stay with us in the future so we can guarantee the appropriate room for your stay!

Right next to UCLA and local restaurants, shops and nightlife, Plaza la Reina is a great hotel. Large rooms with kitchenettes and w/d made our 6 night stay comfortable and the gracious, friendly staff was always available with help and suggestions. A particular shout out to the hotel manager, Philippe, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect for us!

My daughter and I visited Plaza la Reina a month earlier. Had an awesome stay and made reservations to come back again with my niece. We didn't have transportation, however Plaza la Reina is convenient to restaurants, shops, and UCLA (which is why we were there). The hotel is very clean and has an atmosphere of home away from home. The rooms are spacious with a convenient kitchenette. In addition to the cleanliness, the concierge service was THE BEST.. especially when Troy was on duty, which he was during both of our stays. Troy was very helpful.. very knowledgeable.. recommended great restaurants.. recommended great places for us to visit/ tour while in L.A... provided great conversation.. helped with luggage.. and was just an all around awesome person! (see there Troy.. i didn't forget! hope you're having a great day with your next set of guests! :)

We have stayed here 4 times. The 1st 2 times were good. The last 2 were bad. Not clean, dusty, blood in the shower and on floor. We hoped we would have had a better stay this time. We were wrong. 😞.. .

We sincerely apologize that your last experience with us was not to your satisfaction. Your room should have been properly prepared for check in and a room in that condition is unacceptable. We hope that you will choose to return in the future and to restore your faith in us.
