Excellent. Facility, location, and best of all , staff- notably, Helen and others at the front desk. So accommodating, professional, engaged on service. The best. The location is handy to UCLA and it's medical. That was the reason for our visit. Good food options across the street. See Steve at the Italian restaurant. . Thanks to all. Ed F.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Malgorzata and Hellen. Both were full of personality, lively, charming, and ever gracious. Whatever we needed, whether it was a room item, holding luggage and goods, or assistance to our vehicle, the hospitality was top notch. I do not think you will find better proprietors with such an authentic, client centric approach. This is our go to hotel when in LA!

We upgraded to a suite with a large balcony with views of the neighborhood. The larger unit was more comfortable – one night we had takeout for dinner, a party of 4 in the room. We were newlyweds in Westwood 48 years ago, so this visit was filled with nostalgia for us. We will be back

I loved the location, the room, and the kind staff at Plaza La Reina. I also enjoyed the terrace on the top floor with comfy couches, lovely potted citrus trees, and jasmine. It was a quiet place to work and be outside.

Perfect for people visiting UCLA. Very helpful staff. I had a project in Sherman Oaks [over in the valley], but wanted to be with striking distance of LAX. So, perfect location. A lot of options for dining nearby. Hacienda style courtyard which was beautiful. Room was excellent. My only negative would be the balcony faced a three story carpark on the back, but that's a minor complaint as I wasn't spending much time at the hotel, ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid.

I brought my daughter and a friend to Los Angeles to tour UCLA. Looking for a place to stay I stumbled upon Plaza la Reina online. Upon checking in I knew right away that our choice was the perfect one. This boutique hotel reminded me of being somewhere other than busy downtown LA. It was a little oasis, super clean and safe parking, quaint lobby with a host with a warm welcoming smile. The property is quiet, private and secure. Our spacious room had everything we needed and much more. Clean and comfortable - feeling home away from home. When I come back to this area you bet I’ll stay here again. Thank you Plaza La Reina for making us feel welcome and providing superior customer service.

We had to go to Westwood a couple months ago to visit our son at UCLA for an event. As we were walking around Westwood one evening, we came across a beautiful property and looked it up. To our surprise, it was a hotel and we took note of the name. This week we needed to go back for a night in Westwood and had the pleasure of staying at our find from the last trip, Plaza La Reina Hotel. It is a lovely property with captivating Spanish architecture, you will feel like you are in Europe somewhere. It has an exceptional staff and beautiful, lush rooftop patio with potted fruit trees and comfortable furniture. It conveniently has a secured parking garage underneath with easy elevator access up. The decor is charming with gorgeous wood floors. The room was elegantly furnished and the bed very comfortable. We had a lovely balcony looking over Westwood and a full kitchenette. We both commented on the quality of the pottery and the kitchenwares. It was so nice to be conveniently located and able to walk to fine dining in evening and breakfast in the morning. Thank you Plaza La Reina for a wonderful night, being UCLA alumni and having a current Bruin, we will happily be back!

What a hidden gem in Westwood! We will be undoubtedly staying here again. This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The staff was very accommodating with special requests and made our son’s graduation weekend terrific. We had a unit with a huge outdoor balcony and patio furniture to enjoy. Highly recommend!
