As a Titanic buff myself this was the greatest nights stay anywhere. It felt awesome to be walking the same halls and decks as previous war heroes and just general public from back in the day even to historical celebrities. We stayed for 3 days and I enjoyed all three nights. We had a room facing the parking lot which... More

I do like places that have a certain character and even some history and prefer them over the "cookie-cutter" hotels. The Queen Mary definitely has a lot of character. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in for our two night stay we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a "view" for $40 a day. We... More

Stayed on this ship because my son thought it to be fascinating. i agree! The parking and Check-in process was very easy. Eliza was great in getting us into our room quickly. we purchased 3 tours, the history tour we did as a family, the 3hr paranormal investigative tour my son and i did (i would skip this, not a... Ship still needs a lot of work. New management company has greatly improved quality of staff. Prices have gone up for the ADF. Some really good presentations. Skip the chefs tasting program for $29, not worth it. Rumor it might be moved to March. Great idea!

Stayed 2 nights (1 too many) yes the history is amazing! But this is not a hotel we were in a room on the inside very small, no window only limited lighting, sewer smell in the bathroom, no A/C, no coffee machine (Starbucks on one of the decks but they do not accept a Starbucks gift-card) ???? Charged an extra... More

We enjoyed a surprisingly spacious room (Two Queen beds) with a porthole window. Everything was very clean. The ship itself is magnificent and similar to the Titanic (comparison models are on board). The staff was friendly and helpful and the tours were fun. Just walking around and exploring the ship was also entertaining. It is an old ship, so don't... More

Attended an event where our accommodations were picked for us. I would never pick this place for a multi-night stay. Everything is as it was built originally. So everything is designed for shorter people. If your under 6 foot then the rooms will feel cozy and comfortable. The bar service was terrible. Had to chase down our server every time... More

We spent one night on The Queen Mary to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The ship is still in great shape and we enjoyed our stay. For $20 we were able to upgrade to a room on the water side instead of the parking lot. It was worth it. View at night was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub and shower were... More

I appreciate the original art deco features preserved on the Queen Mary. I understand when the woodwork gets bumped and scratched. That being said, there is no excuse for the newer hotel furniture to be shabby and stained. Also, along with the regular changing of sheets, towels and superficial vacuuming; there needs to be serious deep cleaning done (perhaps every... More

Nice Art Deco facility with some very interesting history. Great for the price but a bit dated and in need of carpet repairs or replacement. We stayed mid week and it was a good package. Contacted the purser before arriving with a question but never got an answer.
