I have been coming here for years. She's beautiful and historic and haunted! The tours and special events are fun but I love just staying aboard and having the BEST cocktails in the Observation Lounge. Seriously good drinks! The bloody Mary's and sidecars are my favorite! The dining on the QM is inconsistent with the exception of Sir Winstons which...

I was disappointed with our over New Years experience and stay at the Queen Mary. We were very excited to try something new this year as our New Year Celebration. Sad to say we can cross it off the list and won't be joining the Queen Mary again. The room was outdated and still dirty from previous guests. It's time...

Got the New Years Eve package, reserved a deluxe king room, based on the description and pix online. The room was actually more of the standard rooms, and I noted the small print said rooms are not necessarily like the photos or description. Hmm. But it was nice nonetheless. Then we noticed water on the floor just outside of our...

The trip was very enjoyable but the free drink tabs seemed to be an issue at most of the bars and not clear to us. It was difficult to find a bar that would accept them. The bartenders did not know if they took them are not. We were able to use them for the bars outside along the Promenade...

While it was a wonderful historic and vintage treat, they were understaffed at the Bell desk and in the restaurants. This lead to long waits for luggage arrival and to be seated for meals. The NYE celebration made it worth it however. Sir Winston's restaurant had terrific food but their reservation system needs revision. On NYE people arriving 45 minutes late...

The Queen Mary is a beautiful place to stay. My friends and I decided we wanted to spend New Year's Eve aboard the ship. It seemed somewhat disorganized. Online we were told the seating for dinner would be at 4, when we arrived we were told 4:30. Online we were told we would receive New Year's Eve hats and noise...

I have something I need to mention. I use a cane and can not stand for long periods of time. Other than a few seats outside in the wind, I could not find anywhere to sit last night other than the floor. Seems like every seat had a price tag on it. I heard it was $200+ to get a...

Planned our NYE here and some of the group reserved rooms and others purchased tickets to board. Tina was amazing with my Siberian sofas and tables! The Moscow room was very entertaining with the aerial act. There were bars everywhere and I had intended to go to the otter rooms as I had a VIP wristband but never found the...

We had a wonderful time. Just one night, but we got to experience the excellent service and the historic value of the ship. The food in both the Promenade Cafe (breakfast) and Sir Winston's (dinner) was excellent, as was the service. The Observation Bar is a true walk into the past and a wonderful place to just plain relax. The...
