A group of 5 of our friends were getting out of town for a 30th birthday escape. The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff was amazing. Their hot tub is very lovely too! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

We stayed here 2 nights prior to a cruise, and are so glad we chose this hotel. Beautiful room and grounds, gorgeous views, quiet and peaceful. Rooms are spacious, large windows, balcony. The complimentary shuttle service is great - it took us to a local CVS for pre-cruise supplies and to the cruise terminal (which is walking distance, by the...

We stayed one night here to see a friend, and visit the Queen Mary. The decor and pool are great at this hotel, but were a little nervous right away. There were ear plugs provided to the room, and warnings about partying. Sure enough, at 3;30 a.m., we were woken up by loud partying, and had to call the front...

Thanks for the feedback. I am guessing you stayed last week during the large one love festival at the Queen Mary event park next door which was a 3 day music festival which in fact we did warn our guests would be loud. Come back again as I assure you this is not the norm.

Hotel was fully prepared for what was supposed to be the worst storm since 1913! They provided umbrellas/ponchos in all guest rooms as well as pick up service if guests need to get to and from lobby/restaurant! Also provided shuttle service to and from Carnival cruise line port! Will definetly be back!

Thank you for the great feedback as we did prepare and tried to minimize the guest impact of the rain. Glad you enjoyed it!

It was great to have food services available at the Hotel. Everything went very well except-for the extreme storm which kept us from going to Catalina Island our main destination for a day but the Maya Hotel provided all of our needs and all wet well.

Thank you for the nice feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the hotel and apologize that the rain caused your Catalina trip to be cancelled. As that was the worst rain since 1980, you must reschedule and come back and visit us again soon!

Of the hotels I've visited for conferences, the Hotel Maya stands out. Very comfortable room with a view onto Long Beach. The patio was great for receptions and the Fuego restaurant featured a great outdoor area with fire pit. Beautiful setting and resort-like feel. Easy walk to bridge with pedestrian lane for exploring downtown Long Beach, yet had a secluded...

I spent 4 days here while on a business trip. The staff was friendly, the food was great and the room was spacious with a great view of the water and terrace. I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel facilities.

I live in downtown Long Beach and love all the activity, close proximity to restaurants, hotels, events and live music. My honey and I wanted to do a getaway for Valentines, except he works in hospitality and would be working on V-Day proper. Rather than escape to a far away land for some rest and relaxation, we took a cab...

This hotel has a great view of Long Beach. Staffs are courteous but the room are a bit old. the meeting rooms and restaurant have great food and services. Nice bar area overlooking the pier. I stayed here twice and overall experiences both times were pleasant.
