I booked this last minute, mid week and was absolutely exhausted when I arrived. All the staff were super friendly. They upgraded my room. Then made it super easy to extend my stay. The room was super clean and minimal - what I expect from a Westin. Tons of eats around the hotel. My fave is Ammatoli, about a 5 min walk.

The Westin Long Beach is well maintained and the staff if amazing. From check in, to the view, I recommend staying here. The room was modern and clean. The view was amazing during the day and especially at night.

Nereida was like my own personal concierge. Every time I went to the front desk she went out of her way to make sure my trip was successful. She was able to help resize a PDF document that I needed printed for a conference, as well as worked with me on extending my stay. I could not be more grateful.

Perfect for quick stay before leaving for cruise. Shuttle will bring you to terminal. Front desk very nice Chrissyann was very helpful. Staff suggested restaurants and tours for family. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The service received was outstanding. I would like to commend Steffani Magistrale. I forgot my laptop charger and she assisted me by walking me through instacart to purchase the adapter. It was received in time for my meeting the following morning. Crisis averted. Thank you so much Steffani!! I also must recognize your staff in house keeping. Mediocre stay. Great bartenders and lobby. I liked the grab n go snack area with self check out. Housekeeping was completely absent. Requested regular housekeeping upon checking in. Housekeeping only bothered to show up once in a 4 night stay. And that one time they showed up was because I called the front desk to complain. No effort to resolve the situation by management. Also saw maintenance spraying for bugs on the 12th floor. (I’m a chemist… I recognize the bottle.). Not sure if I like that or not. Was it preventative or reactionary?? Didn’t sleep well that night.

overall a great stay! no complaints! we had a quick stay. checking in and checking out was easy. parking was also a plus. so many things to do around the area but so little time. will definitely love to come back soon!
