We spent one night at the Westin. Our wait for check in was ridiculous.. Over 30 minutes, but once at the desk, or clerk was great. She upgraded our room to a brand new room, no one has stayed in it before! The bed was a very comfortable kind with plenty of pillows. The bathroom
