Do you know this place has Llamas? It has LLAMAS! That, and privacy were the driving factors for my lodging choice; but from the moment we arrived on property, I knew I'd made the right call. Pulling in, I saw a post at our assigned parking spot with "Welcome, Wendy Newman" on the sign and I said to my partner,...

Glendeven Inn and Cobbler's Walk are both exceptional places to stay while in Mendocino. Patience and all the staff are so very accommodating and gracious. This time, I stayed in the Carriage House. The bed is heavenly and it was a cozy, spacious, inviting space for a 4-day retreat. Breakfast, as always, was delicious, delivered promptly at 9:00 am every...

The room was freezing cold...all we heard were cars whizzing past all night since it is pretty much located on the highway & woke up to a complete ant infestation in our room. We were on a 2 week New Years road trip & honestly this was a low point of the trip. There are lots of cute places to...

Llama-enting that we had to leave so soon. The Inn at Cobbler's Walk is a beautiful and romantic bed and breakfast experience, and when you factor in the lovely touches and amenities, the price is beyond reasonable. John and his staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and made sure we got the most from our short stay. We enjoyed the tasty...

We were married in Mendocino on February 23, 2017. We chose this inn based on other reviews and their small intimate wedding package which is what we were looking for. We could not have been more pleased with everything about this place. The quality and attention to detail is superb. John and Patience are amazing and John made us feel...

We stayed in Rachel's Cottage---the cottage felt cozy from the minute we walked in. Flowers and a hand-written note were waiting to welcome us. Room/cottage was spacious and comfortably well-appointed and I loved that it was separate from the rest of the Inn and totally private. Bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic every morning--no complaints at all! It...

By far one of the best hotel experiences my fiancee and I have ever had. The staff at Cobbler's Walk was attentive and friendly from the moment I made reservations. A big thank you to Patience, the innkeeper, for our wonderful time! They emailed me after reserving our room to ask for our full names "to put a special touch."...

This indescribable gem of a retreat--too charming to call it a hotel--features in room home baked breakfasts, darling Llamas, sweeping ocean vistas from the property entrance, bright impeccable rooms and huge comfortable beds that surpass the finest hotels in San Francisco. It is a happy, lovely, country Inn with cute buildings and we highly recommend it!

Our stay at the Cobblers Walk was really an enjoyable experience. The staff do an amazing job with attention to little details that make you feel right at home. The daily breakfast is amazing, and the nearby trails were the highlight of our trip. Definitely our new favorite destination!

We had 2 rooms, Rockview and Mariners, both were quiet and comfortable. The delivered breakfasts were ample and delicious, the afternoon wine bar was very enjoyable, the grounds and ocean walk are great for strolling. The property is directly on the highway, so no way to avoid some traffic noise but we found it minimal. I shoukd note that the...
