During times of lockdown and few options of vacation, do yourself and your family a favor and go to a resort for a change of view. Thunder Valley Casino Resort is fantastic. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the resort amenities such as the pool (which is splendid with cabanas and ample area to keep social distance). The resort is safe, I didn't need to remind anyone to wear a mask because the resort has ample staff canvassing the resort and calling people on it if necessary, they also anounce over the speaker system at least every 10 minutes the laws about masks and social distancing. That said, it was our most relaxing (and we are grateful to get away) stay at a resort. When checking in, the extreme excellent customer service put a smile on our faces. I mentioned how I love the separate soaking tubs and the staff member quickly gave me a bag of luxury bath products. The rooms are stocked with high-end bath items and huge amounts of plush towels. The room service is spectacular and YES, NO CONTACT. How that works is great, and we ordered plenty. You have access to the spa and the gym, but we were occupied with the resort pool which has a bar and food service. They close it during these times at 7 pm which makes us grateful. Looking out for the customer at all times, we very much appreciated it. The rooms were high-end and sound proof. The parking (of course valet is closed) was right next to the check in and the resort offered to send someone to take our luggage. The best part(s): The food, all room service, high end, we had filet mignon and other items, so good, and of course the resort pool. Endless excellent customer service whereever you went, and best of all: IT IS SAFE. We are going back in a few weeks

Hotel did a remarkable job of ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities and the safety of their guests. Temperature screenings upon entry, hand sanitizing stations everywhere, and a staff that never stopped spraying, wiping, and cleaning machines, tables, restrooms... Literally, anything that stood still. I was really pleased to see the level of care. Of course, there is still risk to infection, but it just showed the integrity and dedication that the hotel has to maintain CDC standards -- and likely exceed them. Casino was fun, the rooms were plush and well-appointed. The bed is one of the best beds I've ever slept on. The restaurants were also refreshing and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel casino.

I was disappointed with this stay, the room was extremely smoky as well as my neighbors had their television so loud it sounded like we were in the same room. My biggest complaint is the shower, the shower and tub are my number one reasons for staying they are the absolute BEST!!! I was in room 633 and to my surprise it was a hand held shower head not the shower heads that I'm use to using, this was definitely a downgrade from the other shower heads. Please bring back the rainfall shower heads and a better ventilation system for the lower rooms.

We stayed 2 nights, and was not informed that we would not receive maid service for the 2nd night.
We appreciate that you are taking measures because of COVID, but I don’t see the purpose of not cleaning the rooms. If you know that the quest would be staying 2 nights you at least give more coffees, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and towels in the room and have a place you could dispose of the garbage, and dirty towels. I’m not sure I would have stayed the 2nd night if I know this.

A true 4 diamond hotel through And through. Very modern, clean luxurious decor. The bathtubs are amazing and easily fit 2 people. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds I have ever used, so much so that I've looked into finding where I could buy one for my house. They spared no expense in making the rooms comfortable and making you feel like you're the most important person they have staying there. Any request is brought up to your room within 10 minutes and they are always happy to assist you, day or night. The only thing that I could suggest is to put additional trash recepticles in the room, one or two on either sides of the bed and an additional one underneath the vanity in the bathroom. Oh and on the blackjack tables in the casino, or all the tables in fact, you really should think about asking adding hooks under each seat placement so women can place their purses while they gamble. That would be an amazing addition

I was offered 2 complimentary nights at Thunder Valley Casino Resort through a partnership with MLife Resorts. The room was beautiful, and I loved that they provided coffee, tea, and water. I loved that the room also had a fridge which was useful for us to put leftover food from a restaurant we ate at in the Lincoln area. The hotel area is non-smoking, which was great. My only complaint would be that they only had one (1) Craps table, which is my favorite game to play, so I was not able to play it during my stay because it was always crowded. Other than that, everything was great. My husband loved playing at the golf course near the resort. Can't wait to stay there again :)

Room was very clean, nice soft towels, bed very soft and comfortable. Desk staff were nice and made sure that counters and credit card slider were sanitized after each use. Even offered extra bottled water for the room.

Thunder Valley Casino and Resort provided an unforgetable and profound experience from our very first interaction. The level of dedication, commitment and willingness to implement new practices after the re-opening was impressive. The staff consistently exceeded my expectations and the Director of Operations, Mr. Jordan Countryman, effectively managed the numerous internal changes required from the new Covid-19 guidelines. Mr. Countryman and staff were committed and responsive in resolving issues in real time. The hotel was very clean with staff disinfecting surfaces after each interaction and ensuring all customers were wearing masks. Your temperature was taken each time you entered the casino in a non-intrusive way. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's not a lot of fun to drink expensive liquor out of plastic cups. 😊 glass cups in the room so the invited guests can at least bring a glass down to transfer the expensive liquor. Also it would be nice if the pool is open later.... other than that the workers are very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thunder Valley Hotel & Casino. We received a free nights stay thru our players card monthly offers they send us each month. The casino has everything you could ask for, thousands of different slot machines, excellent bars and restaurants. I like that in the Thunder Cafe, the waiter/waitresses take your order, then the cook staff brings it to your table so there’s no chance of getting cold waiting for waiter to bring it.
The hotel is fabulous. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s first class all the way. The showers are huge, shower heads are removable. There is even a huge separate deep bathtub if you want a soaking bath. There’s two sinks, bathroom scales, telephone, big stool to sit on while dressing, and great soap and towels.
It’s so nice to get to the room after a night of gambling and get into a comfortable bed and have no problem getting to sleep. Other hotels I toss and turn, or can’t sleep due to the mattress or bad pillows.
The room has a nice large tv, a coffee maker with lots of coffee pods, a mini refrigerator , and there is even a lounge chair by the window.

Yes there a key rig coffee maker with a variety of k cups including tea.
