The Redwood Hotel Casino is located on scenic Coast Highway 101 and the perfect location for your trip to the Redwood National & State Park. Make the Redwood Hotel Casino in Klamath, Ca your base while you enjoy day hikes in the forest, beachcombing, ocean or river fishing, a jetboat excursion up the Klamath or a tour of Su-Meg, a reconstructed Yurok Village. Delicious cuisine at the on-premises Abalone Bar & Grill awaits you at day’s end. Inspired by the region’s natural beauty the Yurok, Redwood Hotel Casino offers cheerful, comfortable lodging in close proximity to the ocean, the river and of course, the wondrous forests. Nice size room with a large walk-in shower. Very comfortable room and beds. Included sitting chair and a desk and chair for computer work. Right on HWY 101 so convenient when you are traveling down that highway to see the redwoods. Restaurant attched along with a casino. We were there in Sept. and it was quiet even though our room was on the highway side.

The restaurant is closed. We had to drive 20 minutes north or 40 minutes south for Food!, unless u want a burger at the drive, I mean, bar across the street. There is a casino but I don’t gamble. The staff were not prepared to give advise as to where to go, although they were very pleasant, the rooms were small compared to the Holiday Inn near the airport at Arcata/ Eureka. Breakfasts were good.

I was surprised to find a decent hotel in such a remote location...not even a town really. The room was good - typical of mid-range chains hotels with the most comfortable bed ever. Very spacious room and fairly updaed property overall. Helpful and friendly front desk.

This is a decent mid-range hotel and I would stay again. The beds are comfortable, the rooms a good size, and the staff excellent. Breakfast starts at 6:30. The walls are thinner than usual and you will hear noise from the rooms next door - tv and talking. The windows do not open, so you have to rely on the wall unit for ventilation. Fortunately the hotel is a separate building from the casino, so you do not get that commotion. There are not many choices in this area and no good hotels in Crescent City to the north, so this is a good option for visiting the redwoods.

Stayed for one night as part of road trip Although hotel stay was very nice and included breakfast there is absolutely nothing else around for miles here. The only place is a bar and grill across the street and a casino whose restaurant was is closed until March 2020! Recommend Crescent City which is 20 miles north of Klamath as there are many more restaurants and stores here!
