From WA we traveled south on 101 for our 30th anniversary... destination redwoods national park ..we were married in Fairbanks AK and honeymooned in the historic Arctic Circle Hotsprings Resort Hotel .. when I read about Requa Inn.. I thought perfect way to celebrate! Charming historical surrounded by beauty.. out of the way of hustle & bustle of living in 2019.. a step back in time.. peaceful and so enjoyable. The whole place feels like you've stepped into a time machine. Lovely host. Wonderful eats. Superb coffee.. our only regret.. we should have bought 2 pottery coffee mugs instead of just 1.. now we have to fight to see who gets the mug in the mornings!!

We stayed for three nights. We stayed in room 6 and room was small and bathroom very small. The food and staff were excellent. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Not sure we would stay there again.

We were delighted with our recent, two-night stay at the Requa. The setting is flat-out gorgeous, and our room, "The Post Office," was charming and comfortable, with its own parking space and entrance. The two best surprises were the wonderful proprietor, Jan, who was warm and engaging and told us a lot about the area and its history, and her marvelous chef, who served up scrumptious dinners both nights. We are from a very foodie town, Santa Fe, NM, and his creations would stack up with any restaurant there. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Requa Inn. We were in the Stout Grove Room which is 2 small bedrooms with a shared bathroom, perfect for sharing time with an option for privacy. I loved the many places throughout the inn for settling in and chilling - front porch, back porch, lounge, backroom, dining room...Breakfasts were delicious, beds were comfy. Great choice!
