Beautiful beachfront hotel & new european restaurant on the site. Have a little gym and massage room. The hotel has a direct seaview. With new express way from PP its about 2,5 hours to come here and enjoy the sea! The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Stayed at WBH for 4 nights, excellent hotel opposite Otres beach. Chilled place to stay after a day on one of the islands. We ate in the Duo restaurant one evening, food lovely, well presented, as was the breakfast every morning.
We chose the hotel for our Saturday early evening meal . The hotel being situated opposite a lovely beech, ideal for young children. We ordered our food from the hotel restaurant in advance and then walked the children over to the beech. Our objective being to ensure our young children did not wait for their meals. Given we had a large party, the quality of the dishes served were excellent and well worth the drive from our hotel. The restaurant is cozy, trendy & warm. A delight for the weary traveler. If you arrive slightly later than us, you will even find it full of just grown ups !! Highly recommended.
This boutique hotel is a charming respite from the monstrosities available in Sihanoukville. They have several categories of rooms and this visit I stayed in their residence, which is a cosy 1 bed apartment with a modern western kitchen and a lovely balcony. The comfortable and clean restaurant serves a variety of cuisines, but I love their pasta and crab balls. With a great location, gym, beautiful pool, comfort food and the attentive and friendly GM Peter this makes this hotel a return choice of mine when on business in the area.
The hotel is very charming and peaceful. The room is clean and the shower water pressure is strong. Breakfast is quite limited considering the price of the room but it was tasty. Overall, even if our room experienced some technical issues (TV, electricity...) it was a very enjoyable stay! And don't forget to have diner on their private beach: it's really an amazing experience!
Very nice small hôtel , the rooms are comfortables nice big shower , small sofa in room , space room and light looking over the pool, The swimming pool is very beautiful with rock stone, drink a café or take your breakfast looking over the sea is pleasant, Staff very professional and smiley , I like this hotel because it’s not a big one for Chinese only around 20 rooms I recommend
Some of what the August reviewer (Maddy M) rings partly true, insofar as the hotel scaling back on certain things, such as seemingly only having two cleaners, shorter reception and fitness center times etc. The above however were mild inconveniences as a guest. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a lovely woman from St Petersburg (General Manager?) who could not have been more helpful. Her Cambodian colleague who also worked reception was very attentive and communicated well throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar staff were some of the loveliest you could encounter and always very engaging. Others may want a few more options on the breakfast menu, but I loved the bacon and onion omlette, as did my wife. The bread was some of the nicest sliced bread I have tasted in Cambodia and the coffee was generally very good. I also ate lunch and dinner here. The steak was very nice and well seasoned. It does not however come with mash potato and mushroom sauce, but chips and pepper sauce instead. This did not bother me, but it may be worth pointing this out to customers in future. Crab balls were absolutely excellent and the chicken wings were very meaty and tasty. This is probably the best place I have eaten in Sihanoukville. The smoothies I had were also very good. Finally, the red wine list is a delight. A couple of real gems on there, including by the glass (as someone trying to lose weight). The room was perfect. My wife loved it in particular. Very clean, spacious. The room and small outdoor garden makes you escape Sihanoukville. The shower is very powerful, which was great and I enjoyed the outdoor bath. Fitness centre is small, but has everything one needs to get a solid workout in. Pool area is lovely, but somewhat spoilt by the ongoing road construction, however this cannot be helped by the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked the friendly family feel to the hotel. We regretted going to Koh Rong and not staying longer.…
“Labor abuses. Two cleaners just to operating the whole house’s. Receptionist is also your waitress.” As my personal experience 3 days and two nights; You can’t expecting anything. No one will held your back as you are their costumer. If you re expecting early comforting breakfast, nah you can’t have it. Ready to be served by 8:30 ish am and limited bread toasted. Scramble egg became fried omelette. Ordered can’t change. Espresso, nah make yourself to the new mall. Or else you’ll regret the money on their watery espresso. Oh yeah, you have to make further booking and you must paid before you check in, and it whole 100% paid. I know, right? That’s hilarious. Bottom line, sounds like 3-4 stars rates hotel but obviously desperately needed money expat guest house. Oh if you had issue, don’t bother to ask to talk to manager. They won’t even look at you. …
We've been there for a weekend. Everything was good: kind and polite staff, giant room with seaview and jacuzzi, delicious food! We had breakfasts, lunches and dinners only in hotel and never been disappointed. Also, we've got a very good price for our room, because of low season promotion.
Beautiful place we can relax. The room very nice and clean. Breakfast very good, staff very friendly, swimming pool and nice gym. Mr. Chad & A girl standby at reception very nice, I like them. Highly recommend!
