First of all the positive, the guy running the hotel is very friendly and helpful but that's about it. The negatives are as follows: Construction next door and even though the room has proper walls, the sound levels are like in a tent. There is a local family with a baby living/sleeping in a 2x2x2 tin box in the yard...

We booked through Booking.com and based on the many positive reviews chose to stay here. Upon arrival we were given a room that smelt, the wall was badly stained (picture), the paint was peeling in the room and bathroom, the bed sheet was too small. Overall the cleanliness was poor. We tried to change our room but we were then...

This guesthouse is located right at the end of the small residential area of Ochheuteal beach, in a quiet area. It is really convenient to get the beach, just 2 minutes walking and it is at the same time convenient to walk to the bars and restaurants of Ochheuteal area, just 5 to 10 minutes walking (no need to take...

Stayed here for two nights and arrived without having made a reservation. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room had a good comfy bed (memory foam mattress), very effective aircon and a mosquito net above the bed. Shower was the only disappointment - warm but not powerful enough. Wifi worked fine. Complementary small bottles of water and toiletries were...

Silvio was a great host and friendly. Allowed us a late check out for free and also organised out taxi to the airport as well as tuk tuk to the jetty. We stayed here twice before and after our island stay. For the purpose of our stay, this guesthouse was adequate. The two rooms we had were adequate for an...

My husband and I stayed here on a stop on our honeymoon. Fantastic location, just minutes from the beach but still located on a quiet street so you can get a good nights sleep away from all the partying. Very nice common area and great coffee. The owner, Silvio was very friendly and welcoming. Great conversation and service. He also...

We stayed here unexpectedly one night as we got to Sihanoukville too late to catch the ferry over to Koh Rong. It's a nice little place and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. It's close to the beach however it might be a little hard to find as you have to walk down a little alley way (which was...

Silvio was very friendly and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, tidy and good value for money. Good location and close to the nicer part of the beach. We also had the cheese fondue one night which was delicious!

Little bit difficult to find, more remote than we had expected but we had a warm welcome when we eventually arrived! We had to ask multiple tuktuk drivers after being dropped off in Sihanoukville and of 5 or 6 only 1 had heard of it, so perhaps screenshot it on a map or something before arriving. The room was spacious,...
