Close to all sorts of activities and the pier to the islands. Walk along the beach or have a beach view behind your double glazed windows to block out the fire crackers. Great location and staff can organise or advise on what to do, even though there is no information in the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 nights in total and it was as we expected. The room we were given was large and had everything you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The pool was large and a great way to cool off, unfortunately didn't really catch the sun at any point. Whilst the hotel staff weren't overly...

Great location for beeches and go to Koh Rong island. Rooms are spaceious, service are basic. Breakfast is expensive and nothing special, but at the beech, right from ferry pier, you can order very delicius foods. Good hotel for smart travellers.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at Serendipity Beach Resort last February. After two wonderful nights on Ko Rong Island, this is where we spent our last night in Sihanoukville. It was an excellent location, we stepped off the ferry and the hotel is only a 2 minute walk. It is located on the main road to the beach,...

stayed here in April '15 and then again in July '15. I must have forgotten the non-welcome you receive upon arrival. Where's the smile? The welcome? Absolutely nothing.. Customer service is what makes a hotel. I remember the signs stating this is not a brothel so this came as no surprise, although, does it really have to be so obvious?...

Having been based on one of the islands for a reasonable time this was luxury compared to what I had been used to. Now lets be honest. During peak season this area is rammed with drunk idiots who are just wanting to party and sleep by the beach. This hotel happens to be on the main strip near to the...

I have travelled the world for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the worst ever stays. Greeted at reception with a large accusing sign "THIS IS NOT A BROTHEL". Well it actually is. The staff were unbelievably rude and nasty. e.g. We were two friends travelling together i asked for another room card as we...

The "ocean view" that was advertised was a sliver of the ocean that I could see between two dilapidated buildings. The air conditioner smelled toxic. Music bumped outside my windows at least until 4:00 a.m. when I finally fell asleep after taking sleeping pills and putting ear plugs in. Despite the "no prostitution" signs, there was definitely a woman who...

The hotel is in a reasonable location but its definitely not a resort. It is a hotel and not a good one at that. We booked for 3 days, but they demanded we pay each day, their eftpos did not work so we had to pay cash. Signs everywhere, This is not a brothel, even in the rooms, next to...
