Really good location, quiet during the day, and friendly staff, but the rooms are not kept properly. The wood seems to be rotting, one plank I walked on almost broke. also at night you hear all the music from the neighbouring beaches, that s not nice.

Pros: Great view(all rooms have an ocean view with balcony), Big beds, Hot cold showers, Mosquito nets, Good safe locks and clean rooms, Stones throw from the beach, Only place in Sihanoukville that you can expect to get some sleep at night Cons: About 2$ more expensive than some other places, No aircon (but sea breeze so don't really need... If you're looking for a place to stay that's not noisy at Otres Beach #1, walk 15 minutes to the rocky outcrop. It's 65 steps to the top and that's where you'll find 12 - 15 cabinas, all facing the sea. With the breeze that swoops over this point you're not likely to need AC. And on the beach, right... More

Really surprised at the vitriol aimed at this place, we originally booked two nights and ended up staying for 5. We scored a sunset view room with a big balcony, a comfortable enough queen sized bed, and good wifi for $15 a night. Everything else in the area comparably priced was behind beachfront row with no views at all of... More

We walked all the way from the end of Otres 2 to the top of hill and over a bit. When we came back up the hill, we went back down the stairs to the restaurant and bar. While I can't say anything about the food, the beers were very cold and only $1.00 each! The views were terrific from... More

This place has so much going for it, although it is somewhat run down . The worst part of my stay here was that there was a rat running arounf my rustic little bungalow. I stayed to nights and commented on it the first day but nothing was done. When i decided to check out, they offered me another room... More

The rooms are horrible. Dark and damp. Slept on a Mickey Mouse comforter. The bathrooms were dreadful, the sink was leaking. I would pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else. Close proximity to the beach. The beach is quite at night and peaceful.

Yes this hotel is located on a hill overlooking the sea. Small bungalows very quiet and very near Otres beach. A restaurant is located right at the begining of the beach. The prices are very fair. Now the rooms are very simple, mine was kind of runned down especially the bathroom. But I think they have better ones. As far... More

I think they can burn it up that place! Completely in the darkness, never see a place dirty like this before! Rats and dogs in every angle. And its not safe! Believe me. Dont go!! You are in the darkness and 1km from the first bar on the beach

We stayed here for 3 nights over Khmer new year as they weren't doubling their room rates like alot of places on the bigger beach. We paid $20 (normally $15) for a very basic bungalow with a bed, mosqquito net, fan & cold water bathroom. The view is amazing & its lovely to sit on your porch & look out.... More
