Cosy guest house is run singlehandedly by Ouk and his friendly family. His children are adorable, and all chatty. The prices are reasonable, the bungalows are very clean with showers and wifi. The food they cooked for me was also priceless.

We came for one night and ended up staying 5. And then coming back for another night a week later!!! Love the beach front location, the family who own it, the rooms, the cats, the cold beer and the food. We had a room with a bathroom the first time which was huge and then the second time without so...

We came here to relax by the sea all day, we enjoyed the hammocks located right in front of the sea and the gorgeous views. The bar man was friendly but we felt a little sorry for him after trying to order five different cocktails and he wasn't able to make any of them as each time he was missing...

This place was the very pits of any place in South East Asia that I stayed at. No mosquito net, the bed was wet from roof leaking. The rats ate my food before I could. The bathrooms didn't work. The room was never cleaned the week I was there. The owner tried to con me on a ride to Kampot....

When we arrived we found half-empty water bottles and trash left in our room. The previous renter's towels still hung on the door... It was clearly not cleaned. The toilet even had waste in it! We tried to flush but the toilet was broken. The manager said "maybe someone comes tomorrow and fix it" and walked away. We had to...

We ate here our first night. We had noodles which were acceptable if not a bit overpriced (everywhere on otres 2 is), but our fried rice with beef was just that. Beef and rice, no veg or flavourings. Just a greasy mess. Don't lead with vegetable fried rice with beef and then give me beef and rice. Also my noodles...

Stayed here 2-3 weeks after traveling round the world. I have stayed in world class resorts and simple bungalows. My priorities were beach access and low price. Castaways delivered on both. Wow. Nothing like stepping out of your bungalow onto sand, then into the Gulf of Thailand in under a minute. Would I stay again? If two things were fixed....

This is a very lovely low key place just on the beach. The beach is great and the sunset beautiful. The staff is also very nice and our kids loved to play with their kids all day . We wanted to stay longer but we only stayed 2 nights as it was really noisy from 6 in the morning because...

First it seemed like a nice bungalow to stay with reasonable price (25 USD), so we took it. It was a terrible mistake though! There were no sheets on the bed, so we had to ask for them at the reception for three times to get them. Finally we got a sheet which was way too small for the double...

“Not sure why it lists "fitness center" and "swimming pool"... there are definitely neither of those things available. Ask for one of the bungalows in the front (2) so you face the sea when you wake up, or ask for the room that is like a loft, on stilts, almost on the beach! Those look good.”

“You have different types of cabins, 7 cabins in total, some with ensuite shower and toilet on brownish well water, another one on 2 meters of the sea, one is kind of a tree cabin.”
