The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and plenty of parking. The door to the room was tricky to open and the shower cubicle was tiny. Plus there was nowhere to hang your clothes except a coat rack. However it was clean and ok for one night although it was a bit noisy. Free wifi was good.

Before booking at this hotel I read some reviews that were not very favorable. I'm big on reviews...but I noticed that most that had a problem with this hotel were nit-pickey things that I probably would never pay attention to. That was a really good experiance there - Room fine, Hot water, Nice cable TV, well function inet, super friendly Reception staff...clean, good sleep...pretty village/location and some two bars arround plus a real excelent ital cuisine restaurant...

The place is decent, but a group of about 25 of us went labor day weekend and several had bad encounters with the receptionist on separate occasions. They were not very accommodating and one of the ladies was quite rude. She told one of my family members that if he wasn't happy with them having to change his room they...

Our room was in pretty crude condition. Very, very basic. Not in great repair. If I go back through that area of the California coast, I'll probably try to stay somewhere else. There's another motel near the Kern River Brewing Company that looked like it might be a little nicer. Not sure. Haven't stayed there.

I only stayed here for 1 night last week and can say it's a pretty basic hotel. The surrounding area replicates a ghost town - nowhere appeared to be open! Cheryl's diner next door was the only lively place but was great and would recommend it for breakfast. The rooms are small and the furnishings and bedding are quite old...

We loved our stay in Kernville. Since we were roadtripping we only stayed one night. We found our room comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette that we didnt use and also a nice porch outside with a table. The Inn is right across the street from a riverside park which was nice. We were within walking distance of restaurants....
