Julian, California's very romantic and secluded Wikiup Bed and Breakfast is located on four wooded hillside acres in a relaxed, rural setting. While at the B&B, enjoy the country life, only a mile from the historic mining town of Julian. However, the bustling city of San Diego is only an hour and 20 minutes away.Five wonderful guest rooms include all the amenities of a fine hotel, including large in-room spas or private out door hot tubs. Full and delicious breakfasts are your innkeeper's specialty. Awaken to scrumptious "country gourmet" feasts and enjoy a different creation every morning. Afternoon desserts are made available in the common area daily. Enjoy the breezes and shade covered decks by day, or unwind in the comfort of your hot tub or spa under the star-filled night skies. Walking paths, a restful swing, as well as fountains and a pond, encourage you to linger on the grounds and relax. The beautiful mountain atmosphere is perfect place to relax and forget about your busy life and hectic schedule. Llama feeding, swings, and the dreamy silence of the forest night make the Wikiup a favorite vacation getaway.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer weekend. Lee and Linda are so hospitable! Breakfast was great and our room was wonderful! We met the Llamas and had wonderful conversation with our hosts and the other guests. Keep up the great work, we’ll definitely be back!

Lee and Linda are amazing. 5 private rooms with 5 private entrances. Perfect for those that are practicing social distancing. Llamas are in the property which is a lot of fun. And the breakfasts are amazing. Fresh foods locally sourced. The rooms are spacious, and a few even have private hot tub. I would recommend the Stargazer room. We will definitely return

Wickiup Bed and Breakfast is heaven on earth! Owners Linda and Lee have put love and passion into making Wickiup a perfectly charming getaway. Linda's delicious gourmet breakfasts are served in a warm and inviting dining room where guests gather and enjoy getting to know one another. A group of us had so much fun taking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery, walking through the peaceful woods on Lee's guided llama hike. He is the perfect guide! Our hike included a great lunch on a vast open field, followed by wine tasting at a local winery. Evenings were very relaxing in my patio as I sat under a celestial starry sky listening to the trickling sound of water running in the fountain. I stayed in a room called, Dreamcatcher. It was authentically decorated and gave true homage to the noble Native American spirit. The hospitality that Linda and Lee give is hard to find. They have thought of everything possible to accommodate their valued guests, and it is sincerely appreciated. I can't wait to return!

We just returned from the most amazing stay at the Wikiup bed and breakfast in Julian. We originally planned to go there because they offer llama treks. Imagine that! You can take a Llama trek without having to travel to Peru. And the llama trek we took didn’t disappoint. Lee led us up the mountain to a gold mine that we got to tour, and we completely enjoyed ourselves with the llamas. The Wikiup bed-and-breakfast was also an incredible delight. The owners Linda and Lee are two of the nicest people in the world and made us feel so at home. Wikiup is definitely a special place to visit.
